Great Location

A really great location in the heart of Mission Beach. Also having a garage and extra parking space was a huge bonus. Wonderfully quick communication as well. Would stay again.

We loved on stay - Their Place was amazing - everything marked and so very comfortable.

So cute, clean and comfortable - we rented during Xmas and they even had a tree - lots of special touches Great location Overall spectacular fabulous and wonderful If you are going to San Diego this is your place

Perfect Location!

The property is located in a perfect location between the bay and the ocean. We were able to walk both daily! The patio of the property was amazing and if we're ever back in California, we will definitely book this property again.

Great location

Wonderful home with everything you need for a beach vacation; loved having bikes, kayaks, beach chairs to use. Well stocked kitchen, great master suite on top floor. Situated between bay and ocean, short walk to both. Very walkable neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway

Communication with owner was excellent. Home is nicely decorated, well organized, fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Light, bright, comfortable, great location. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Steps away from bay or beach

Great location on a quiet strip off the bay. Grocery, eateries, sun and surf all walking distance. The condo came with every essential item you could need and the owner promptly responded to any questions.

Amazing home

This was the perfect home for us and our adult children. Had everything we could ever need and more. Walking distance to mission beach, stores, and restaurants. Views of mission bay. Lots of beach toys and supplies. Will definitely stay here again.

Want to keep this gem for myself!

WOW! I have been coming to SD for 30 years since I moved away from beloved SD home and I was super impressed how well this place was true to advertised. Well maintained, owners super responsive AND even better at being proactive. I didnt feel i needed to bring my kitchen on vacation. Thank you so much for making our time in my hometown a joy! WE WILL BE BACK! Top Mission place to stay!

The beach is calling

This private house was in a perfect location; steps from the bay and right down the street from the ocean. The house made us feel right at home with everything we would need to enjoy ourselves being away from our home. We stayed a week and would have loved to stay longer. We will be back!

Family get away

Our family comes to mission beach every summer to get away and we have stayed in a lot of houses. This one was by far our favorite. It was well equipped and we felt right at home. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Great Mission Bay rental

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Steve’s property. The house was clean, had everything we needed for time at the beach and is in a perfect location. Steve had great communication and we did have a single issue or concern the entire time. We will book again in the future!!

We’ve rented dozens of properties PB this one ranks toward the top. Great location, clean, comfortable, great patio with high quality furniture and a garage packed with beach toys and 4 bikes and kayaks.

Peace on the bay

Property was beautiful, views were beautiful. The house had everything you might need. The parking was awful though. Not owners fault, just a fact of the area.

Incredible location and accomodations

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is steps from both Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Many great restaurants within walking distance and many of your sightseeing areas are no further than 20 minutes away if not closer. The unit is fun and unique with three different levels including an amazing master suite and bathroom. The communication was from the owner was fantastic. We will stay here again!

Couldn't be better

This property was absolutely incredible. I loved everything! The view, the furniture, even the toilet paper was nice! I want to go back to San Diego just to stay here again. It was quiet with very little foot traffic nearby, while being perfectly positioned to fully enjoy Mission Beach. I found it easy to park in either the garage or the outdoor spot. It really couldn't be better!

Quiet location and Beautiful view of Mission Bay

We loved our week at your home. Absolutely loved the location. We could walk to the ocean or the bay. Your home is well stocked with everything a person needs for sleeping, playing at the beach or cooking meals. Even our teen girls loved the location. They could even walk to the amusement park on the boardwalk. Parking in the garage was a huge hit with my husband! We will rent here again.

Cozy Cottage

This cozy Mission Bay cottage was perfect for our family! The 3 story set up was very well accessorized! All of the accommodations allowed us to enjoy our visit. Steve was a great host and communicated with us perfectly!! The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially loved some of the personal art that is hung throughout the house!! Situated right on the bay we enjoyed long walks and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to come for a visit. We will definitely be back again!

Great Spot for a Small Family Gathering

We love the Mission Bay area for its access to the calm water, pretty beach and the easy biking/hiking trail. Bikes are provided! This trip included our young grandson, so the beach/calm water component was important. The ocean side is too noisy/busy for us, and the surf can be a little challenging for small kids. There is also a kids playground steps away on the beach. The location is perfect. The house is a lovely family style home which we prefer to some of the glitzier modern options. The master suite on the top floor is lovely with a private deck and a view of the bay. The kitchen/living area below (2nd floor) is very comfortable, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen area to prepare nice family meals. There is also a sleep sofa on this level if you need it along with half bath. The ground floor bedroom located just inside the front door also has it's own small bathroom. And, at the entrance to the house there is a very nice, enclosed patio area with a gas grill. We had a great time and will return.

Wonderful!

This place is so perfect! Fantastic location, close to bay, beach and restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. The place is well equipped, homey and beautifully decorated. Having the garage is nice. Overall, highly recommend! Plan to return next year. Spent almost 3 months at the property, so I know of what I speak!

Perfect little place

This place was perfect (IF you can comfortably do stairs!) The pictures don’t do it’s proximity to the bay justice and it was just a short walk to the Oceanside. Close enough that if you forget to take something over to the Oceanside beach you can easily get back to the house to get it. We walked seriously everywhere, grocery, beaches, great restaurants. Check in and check out was so easy, the hosts were easy to contact and super friendly, there were plenty of sleeping options with an air mattress and sleeping pad plus pull out option in the master if you have a younger kid you want closer. We would definitely return!

Cute house, cute neighborhood

Close to restaurants, the beach, the bay. There is a grocery/convenience store a block away and a supermarket about a mile away. The bus is close and easy to use. It's a great location and the house is really nice. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the pots and pans in the kitchen which were teflon and scratched up so we didn't use them. Otherwise, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We love our beach home, steps from the bay and are sure you will too!! We have lived inland San Diego for over 30 years, and having a place at the beach is a game-changer as far as the experience of living in San Diego! The vibe there is laid back and fun and is a welcome reprieve from the usual day to day demands on life!
