Inside, you'll find approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of open-concept living space, complete with vibrant beach-themed decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The fully stocked modern kitchen features high-end appliances, a breakfast bar with stools, and a dining area that seats six. The living room includes an oversized plush sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a desk area—ideal for working remotely or planning your next adventure.
Step outside onto the sunlit patio, where you can soak in the hot tub, enjoy meals under the string lights, gather around the fire pit, or grill up your favorites on the BBQ. This inviting space is designed for soaking up San Diego's coastal lifestyle from morning to night.
Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, stacked washer/dryer, and one designated carport parking spot. Located on the ground floor of a duplex, you'll enjoy privacy, convenience, and easy beach access for all-day fun.
