La Maison de l'Alchimiste, a genuine Périgord home, is independent, cosy and comfortable.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a large individual armchair, a 46-inch (117 cm) LED TV and a coffee table, a dining room with a teak table and 7 large chairs, and a spacious modern kitchen organized around a central island, decorated with its perfectly preserved original century-old inglenook fireplace.

For your convenience, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer.
In the laundry area shared with the Domaine's 2 other gites, a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available free of charge.

The dining room offers direct access to your gite's private terrace.
Separate WC with washbasin are also available on the ground floor.

On the first floor, a corridor leads to the three double bedrooms and bathroom.
One of the bedrooms is very spacious, with an extra bed, making a family room available if required.
Each room is equipped with a washbasin (with hot and cold water) and a mirror.
Each double room, equipped with 2 beds 90x200, can be adapted on request, with either a King Size bed or a single bed.

The family room has 3 beds 90x200.

A bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC is also available upstairs.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a large table, 6 seats, a parasol and a barbecue, allowing you to spend pleasant moments relaxing while enjoying a magnificent view of the garden and surrounding countryside.

The Domaine des Grands Bois offers you a panoramic swimming pool (6mx12m), salted, heated (from May to September) and secured by a barrier. The pool area, equipped with deckchairs and parasols, is shared with the occupants of the two other gites in the Domaine.

Rare and remarkable, on simple request and reservation, the Domaine des Grands Bois puts at your disposal privately, free of charge and at no extra cost, its magnificent reception room of about 120m2, available from April to October.
