We loved the property and enjoyed the beach and amenities. My only complaint is that we received an email regarding early check in and late check out and when two days later responded that we did want this option there was no response and then was told I needed to respond the same day I received the offer. Because of our flights this option was so very needed and the communication regarding that was not helpful. I would definitely recommend adding a time frame to that email so that it is known to reply right away. I was so grateful that we were able to check in slightly early on the day and appreciate the team that assisted me with that. So overall great experience but would be grateful for more communication regarding this one process. Thank you so much,Heather

Check in was easy as was the parking. Condo was very nice and spacious with great views. Pool area and beach is perfect. Location is great with everything you need near by. I would book this Vrbo again. Two things worth noting, there is no shampoo in the condo so bring your own. Check out time surprisingly is 9am. Requested a later check out but was denied. Host indicated an early check out request needs to be submitted at least 48 hours in advance so keep that in mind.

Beautiful and Comfortable

We had an excellent stay at the Crab House. The beds were the most comfortable of any condo we have ever stayed in. Great central location.

Perfect location with beautiful view

We came to this beautiful property for spring break and we enjoyed our stay here. My Mother can't walk much so she enjoyed the beach view from balcony and Elevator was helpful for her. I would definitely recommend this property for stay.

Amazing location for a relaxing family trip

Our stay was great the location was perfect and the beach pristine. The condo was really homey and The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the pool was under maintenance a few days of the stay which the kids didn’t like. Besides that the staff was great at fixing our issues and communicating any updates.

Gorgeous Unobstructed Views.

This condo is nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The upscale beachy vibe compliments the location. The best things about this property are the unobstructed views of the water and easy access to a private beach. The kitchen is well -appointed and easy to cook in. We loved it and look forward to staying here again!

Overall our stay was great! We love staying at Breakers East while we visit Destin. It's a great condo that's right on the beach and usually not too crowded in the fall. The cleanliness of our condo was great. The only thing that we found could be better was the quality of main bed mattress and pillows. They're pretty worn down and could be replaced. This was the only reason I left 4 stars. Other than that, it's a wonderful condo!

Lovely condo, great view!

We liked it! Well appointed, nice decor. The condo had all we needed, views of the ocean are RIGHT THERE! The private beach is perfect, chairs are 'pay to use' on the sand. Pool was heated and parking was easy. Only bummer was you can't watch the sun 'set' as it disappears past buildings. Tons to do as a Family on the strip. Overall, very nice...

Needs Tender Touch

The kitchen, dining are and floors were updated and clean. The living room furniture was dingy, stained and needed deep cleaning or replacement. The walls and floor boards needed cleaning and or paint due to fingerprint and makeup stains or chipped paint. The washing machine was rusted and the laundry room had a mildew smell. The wooden doors had chipped wood and also needed paint. The property management's communication, follow up and follow through for resolution was horrible. We refused to stay in this property and they refused to get us another property or return our money. We had to handle the issue with our credit card company. The property would be great if and when the TLC items mentioned are resolved. However, the property management company was horrible and needs better customer service regarding these type of issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your stay fell short of expectations. I am showing that you brought these concerns to our attention the first day that you were here at 2pm after we allowed you earlier entry than the normal 4pm. Shortly after reporting these issues, we sent the property manager and housekeepers out to rectify these issues immediately. By this time, you already vacated the unit before the standard check-in time. I agree that this property was not held to our Southern standards and would have gladly discussed compensation once all issues were rectified that first day. We would like the opportunity to resolve issues then discuss compensation since we feel like you should be compensated for the length of time dealing with less than expected conditions. We were not provided any opportunity before you contacted your credit company. I assure you that we take all guest concerns very seriously and resolve them as quickly as possible so you can get back to enjoying the rest of your time with us. We hope you get a chance to come back and visit. – Best Regards.

Awesome Rental

The condo was amazing. Very updated and spacious. Loads of windows for a beautiful Gulf view. The leasing agent was wonderful to work with. Very prompt with amassing inquiries. The kitchen was huge with an enormous counter for prep. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.
