Pelican Beach unit 713. This 2 bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Renovated condo is the perfect place for your trip to Destin. Kitchen is completely equipped with brand new smart appliances, as well as everything you could need for food prep. 12 cup coffee maker as well as a single serve keurig. Blender, toaster and everything else you should need. Table seats 6 comfortably with and additional 4 bar stools at counter. 55in Smart TVs in LV and Master. Smaller TV in guest bdrm. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and two twin beds, plus a living room with a queen sofa bed, guests have plenty of space to unwind. Black out curtains and shades for a restful nights sleep. The two bathrooms include a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Completely updated bathrooms with a Spa like feel- even full body jets and a waterfall shower head in one! Washer and Dryer IN UNIT! Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and enjoy the convenience of thoughtful touches like a beach chairs, a pack and play, high chair, iron, & hair dryer. Had an amazing stay. The host was wonderful. Had a leak with a shower but they got someone in there to fix it ASAP. Was a wonderful vacation.

Very nice enjoyed the stay only complaint I would have is the bathtub is too high for older people

Thank you for your response. In regards to the tub, we like to provide our guests with a tub, as well as a secondary bathroom with a walk in shower so our guests have choices and parents have somewhere to bath their kiddos.

Everything was great. I do have to say that if you usually take a tent to the beach that you will not be able to do that & you will not be able to sit close to the ocean unless you rent their chairs & umbrellas. There are about 3-4 rows they put out no matter if anyone rents them or not & usually the guest that rent them don’t have any courtesy to not block the walkway to the beach so you might be climbing over their stuff.

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, tents are not allowed on beach and I make all guests aware of this. They want to avoid blocking anyone’s view of the ocean and they can be a hazard if not mounted correctly and the wind picks up. All guests of mine receive information pertaining to the beach vendor within 24 hours of booking their trip so they have plenty of time to decide if they would like a beach set up or if they’d rather use our chairs/umbrella. Tents, unless a very small one for a baby, are prohibited. All information is explained clearly so guests can use their judgement how they would like to proceed. This condo was absolutely perfect! I have traveled to Destin for many years and stayed in several different condos in and around the area, and this one truly has it all.The location is fantastic—directly across from Big Kahuna’s and just a very short walk to the beach. One of our favorite things was the convenience of having both a tiki bar and café right on the beach. Both offered delivery directly to your beach chairs, and waitresses also came around periodically to take orders, which made our beach days even more relaxing.The condo itself is in a great location within the building. It is close enough to the elevator to be extremely convenient, but far enough away that we were never bothered by elevator noise. Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets, the showers had fantastic water pressure, and the air conditioning worked great—which is definitely important in Destin!The view was beautiful, and we frequently saw dolphins from the condo. There were also extra beach chairs available, which were perfect for enjoying the beach later in the evenings.The host was very easy to reach, responsive, and even went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. That extra effort was very much appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were extremely pleased with our stay. After many years of visiting Destin, I can confidently say this condo checked all the boxes for us.

We love staying at The Pelican Beach Resort and this unit was awesome. We had a hiccup when we first got there but I messaged Jen and she immediately addressed the issue and got it handled. After we left, Jen messaged and let me know that we had left some clothes behind and worked with me to get them back to us. She was so easy to work with. Thank you Jen for an awesome place to stay at during our family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

We Love Pelican Beach Resort. Being right on the beach there is no other way to spend your vacation. We love the amenities it has to offer, our friendly hardworking staff, and our central location. We are minutes from the marina and wharf-which means water sports and amazing restaurants!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our condo has been recently renovated and has all new smart appliances. We are close to the front of the building which provides amazing views! With all new mattresses our condo provides the most comfortable stay on your vacation!
