Feriehus Lagos, Algarve, 7 DZ, 7 badeværelser, pool, grupper op til 20 personer

Thank you for your feedback! We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay so much! The deposit is expressly explained in the house rules of the portal. You accepted the house rules (deposit) when you made your booking. We will of course check the coordinates immediately!

Your criticism with regard to the route description is justified and we apologize for the inconvenience. The course of the road was changed, traffic lights were removed, a completely new roundabout was added. We have of course updated the route description in the meantime. Our towels are generously sized and complying with the hotel norm in every respect; we regret that we have to disagree with you there (70cm x 100cm + 100cm x 150 cm). Perhaps you have missed that the pool and beach towels are not provided by us, but have to be brought along by our guests themselves? It's quite obvious that our bath towels would be too small for that purpose. Up to now the house being a cool place has always been praised by our guests. But since the summer of 2018 brought one of the strongest heat waves since wheather records began, it might be possible that this had an effect on our Boavista, too. We are very sorry for that and will take that into consideration. We are very glad that Antonia was able to indulge you a bit with her culinary skills. We are very pleased to pass on your praise to our "kind-hearted soul".

We were very happy about the highest number of points. Thank you very much! We would be happy to accept your suggestion and will enrich our kitchen with a microwave. If you book additional cleaning, you can generally choose the time. The company told us they were on site at 9:30am. I think that's fine. Most guests only request special cleaning in the early afternoon so that they can have a leisurely and extensive breakfast. A little tip for next time: We always corresponded together via WhatsApp. A short message from you would have been enough. Of course we would have arranged for the cleaning staff to come earlier.

Thank you very much for the wonderful review. We were very pleased about it. Fortunately, our guests rarely arrive in the middle of the night. Then the 6 rooms in our villa are very easy to find even without a room plan. But your idea is good! We will put a room plan on the portal. Unfortunately, your flights were delayed several times, so you were only able to arrive at night. We naturally regret the delay of a few minutes in our nighttime communication. We very much hope that our Portuguese port wine tasted good and was a little conciliatory.

Thank you for your great review! We were really happy! By the time you return, the fence will be complete. Then Ben and Harvey, our two neighbours' four-legged friends, will also stay outside. Somehow, the two already belong to the family. But we understand that this is not possible. We look forward to your coming back!
