Very convenient cottage in a very quiet beautiful small neighborhood for the community pool. A lot of privacy. Just a short Walker bike ride to Seaside. Excellent location.

This house was just right for our stay near seaside! We were close to activities, restaurants and the beach but were located in a private, quiet neighborhood away from the hubbub. Communication with the property manager was outstanding and they were very helpful! Would definitely rent this house again or any other property managed by 30AEscapes.

Very nice place and a great location. The house was really nice but could use updated pillows. Lacked enough basics like garbage bags, plastic cups, paper towels and toilet paper. Had to buy a lot of supplies during the week. Would be nice if had beach chairs. All issues were minor.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and its great location. I’m sorry, though, that a few details impacted the convenience of your stay. We appreciate you noting the pillows and the limited starter supplies—your comments help us identify where we can refine the experience. We’ll also review your suggestion regarding beach chairs as we continue enhancing guest amenities. Thank you again for your thoughtful review. We’re pleased the issues were minor overall and hope the rest of your time was relaxing and memorable.
