Welcome to my studio!

Located in Montévrain, our studio is in a quiet, calm neighbourhood, close to restaurants and cafes and just a 37 minutes drive from Paris.

My studio is fitted with a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home. There is also a new table and chairs that guests can use in the common areas.

There's also a fan with a cooling effect for your comfort.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bathroom contains all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Montévrain is a charming suburban town in the eastern suburbs of Paris, France. It is mainly known for its proximity to Disneyland Paris, one of Europe's most popular tourist destinations. Montévrain is also home to various shops, restaurants, and amenities, making it an ideal location for locals and tourists. The town is easily accessible by car or public transportation, with several bus routes and a train station linking it to other parts of the region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Mairie, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom.

It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.
