La Campagne à Coté D'aix !

House of 150m2 with a large fenced garden, electric gate. Parking with EV charging station.
On one side a field with many fruit trees, at your disposal if it is the season, and 4 chickens.
On the other side, the living area includes a shaded terrace with a table for 8 people, a relaxation area, a small swimming pool, plancha.
The pool is not protected by barriers, but only by a tarpaulin with bars, to be replaced after each use. It is small: about 2m50 x 4m, with 1m40 deep. It does not allow diving but allows you to cool off, chat and have fun. (It was tested with 12 people chatting, or 4 people playing volleyball...)

The house has all the necessary equipment since we live there all year round:
large kitchen, with large fridge, large freezer,
Living room with TV, internet, Canal+,
dining table for 8 people.
3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with a 140 x190 bed + an 80 x 200 bed, which can be converted into a 160 x 200 bed.

1 bathroom with a large shower and a double sink,
1 bathroom in bedroom 3 with a shower, a double sink and toilet.
1 separate toilet.

No air conditioning, but a cooling floor and fans. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and the nights are often cool!

2 cats live here... They are not allowed to go into the rooms but sometimes enter the living room, if you accept them. They are very nice, very cuddly if you tame them. They will be autonomous for food, you will eventually have to check that they have water!
We also have 4 independent hens at the bottom of the garden: they will be self-sufficient in food and water. They will be very happy to have bread or other leftovers in exchange for which they will provide you with up to 4 organic eggs per day!

No pets allowed.
You will be 6 km from the centre of Aix, while being in the countryside.

100m from the house an organic producer sells his vegetables 3 times a week,
bakery 1.5km, supermarkets 2km.
Marseille 30 minutes away.
Beaches 40 minutes away.

Car needed!
