Savannah sweet spot

Jack is a helpful host, not too much, not too little. Perfect space for a couple and the location can't be beat.

Awesome host and property. Fantastic location in the heart of the historic district. Walk everywhere. Pass to park in the deck one block away is an added bonus! Jack is thorough, communicative, and has thought of everything to ensure his guests have a wonderful stay. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing stay at State Street Retreat

Great location, just as pictured and described on the website. Loved not having to worry about parking! The host was so very helpful every step of the way. Thank you for offering your place to us so we can enjoy Savannah. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Great Location for a Stay in Savannah

My wife and I spent three nights for a quick trip to Savannah. The place was wonderful. Great location, quiet, easy access to parking, easy check-in, very clean and updated appliances. The bed was very comfortable. We plan to stay here again in the future. Great central location with easy access to River St., Forsythe Park or City Market.

Perfect location

Beautiful property. Perfect for a couple. Great location close to downtown and the river. The parking pass was a nice touch and made parking easy. Easy in and out. Great communication from the property manager. Had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Spot

First and foremost the property and host were amazing! Top notch accommodations in the heart of the Historic District where you can easily walk to any location. The host, Jack, even checked in on us to make sure everything was up to our expectations. Love the city and plan on staying at this spot again. Don't wait book it now!

Darling place!

The place and location were great! The checkout was easy. Thank you Jack for that! We had a very early train to catch and that made it so much easier. I liked the large, handy bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Very important- the bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect. Located on State Street across from one of the many beautiful parks. Leaving the car parked in the deck next door worked great and a huge perk not having to look and pay for parking. No need to drive because everything is in a easy walking distance. Everything was exactly as listed in the description on VRBO. We would highly recommend this rental. We will definitely rent this unit again. Thanks to Jack for the great communication and being a perfect host!

Getaway weekend

This was our first time to Savannah and it was just perfect. Communication with Jack was outstanding, he kept checking in to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything to ask. His home is just perfect and exactly as posted. It was so comfortable and not a thing was needed!!! The location is amazing, so close to the river and Leopold's Ice Cream!!! The parking garage pass was KEY as parking can be a bit challenging. HIGHLY recommend staying at State Street Retreat!!! Thank you for a a fantatisc weekend Jack!!!

An authentic beautiful stay

From the moment we booked, the host was very helpful and attentive. He was quick to respond to any questions and to make sure our stay was wonderful! The apartment suite is absolutely beautiful and the pictures just cant do justice! Jack has thought to provide every luxury. Was pleasently surprised to find the shower pressure is perfect for working out the knots of a long day's walk around the city. Fans and tvs in each room help you to kick back and relax. I can not recommend highly enough. The apartment is so very beautiful, right in the heart of historic district and practically on the square. You can even hear the church bells chiming the hour. It completes the authentic experience for your Savannah stay!

Perfect Place

My husband & I absolutely love, love, love this cute & perfect place! It was exactly as advertised. The check in & out process was a breeze. It was very clean and has all of the amenities of home. They thought of everything from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, first aid kit, coffee filters, spices. I can continue but I’ll stop at that. The location is perfect & in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops & River Walk. A huge bonus for this place is that a parking pass is provided for parking your car in the nearby garage located a short block away. The pass provided us a free place to park our car (with in & out access) during our stay. The Property Manager Jack was very nice and accessible for any questions you might have. He even reached out to me the day of our check in to wish us a wonderful stay. I will definitely book this place again on my next visit to Savannah! It exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first "adult" trip down to Savannah without kids. We came with no plans, and it was the best weekend we've had in some time. The property is in the heart of everything you could want to do while still being on a quiet, beautiful street. To be honest, we didn't spend much time at the condo because we were out walking, eating, drinking and just enjoying the sights of every corner we turned. However, when we needed a break, it was so close to where we already were walking, that we were able to swing by and quickly get changed for dinner and shoot straight out. The condo has everything you could need and the check in-check out was flawless and simple. Provided parking just one block over is a secure parking deck that is easy to get to. The host, Jack, was extremely quick and easy to communicate with. He provided us a lengthy list of recommendations and local insight. We will 100% be back to this exact condo for all future trips to Savannah!

This is the perfect place for downtown Savannah! Lots of charm and walking distance from everything. The condo was clean and they provided a lot of small touches to make the stay more comfortable.Parking was also extremely easy with the parking deck on the same block.

Savannah Retreat

This was a beautiful flat in an amazing neighborhood. The parking pass was wonderful. We did not have to worry about anything. Jack was quick to respond to a question I had, too. You won't regret renting this sweet retreat! We highly recommend this as your home away from home!

Perfect Stay

Condo is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Location is perfect and in walking distance to shopping, river and restaurants. You will not need your car once you arrive. Parking pass is a plus and right around the corner. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
