The great room offers warm, soft furnishings with a tropical-inspired decor and the glass pocket door disappears into the walls and blends in and outdoors. Walking through to the expansive courtyard, you have a choice of dining, or relaxing in the ample seating. As the day disappears, you can extend lose track of time in this oasis under the lighted umbrellas. The free-form pool and waterfall spa offer a bright spot of blue in a sea of lush green grass and tropical trees and flowers.

Cooking meals here will be a treat in the fully equipped chef's kitchen with Wolf 6-burner gas range, sub zero refrigeration and luxurious cabinetry. We've stocked the drawers and cupboards with all the comforts of home. You can take advantage of local fare available at the nearby grocer or farmers market, creating meals to satisfy long, relaxing pool days or ocean adventures alike.

If dining out is your preference, there are countless options in the area. Be it a casual happy hour break at Tommy Bahama's, a quick lunch at Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club or fine dining in the nearby Auberge or Fairmont restaurants.

Restful sleeps are guaranteed in each of the 3-bedrooms in this custom home, each with their own ensuite bathroom. There are two guest suites on opposite corners of the home and a very well appointed primary ensuite with his/her sinks, free standing soaker tub, walk-in and outdoor showers. The third suite is situated in the courtyard ohana, allowing for peace and privacy.

An optional 4th sleeping space awaits in the multipurpose room, with addition of the retractable queen size Zoom bed (similar to a Murphy bed), tucked away beneath the media wall. If you're extending your "work from home" requirements while visiting, we offer a desk, printer and Wi-Fi to give you the best of both worlds. This room offers the flexibility for TV & movies/office by day, and bedroom by night.

A 2-minute walk from the property is the Nohea community Amenity Center, which includes the communal pool and small gym.

NEW for April 2025: We are pleased to offer our guests access to the Mauna Launi Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities.

If you're headed to the beach, be sure to stop into the garage first to gather all the accessories you might need; snorkel sets, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Take a leisurely bike ride with bicycles provided.

Located in a unique spot within the Mauna Lani Resort by the Mauna Lani North Golf Course and next to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel to the south and Tommy Bahamas and the Shops at Mauna Lani to the east. All Mauna Lani Homeowners have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club is a gated beach in a safe swimming bay, Napua Restaurant, on-site lifeguards, cabanas, showers and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs are provided so you only need to pack beach towels! Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection and the Fairmont Orchid Hotel are located within the Mauna Lani Resort. The nearby ‘Shops at Mauna Lani have several restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, free entertainment, and a full grocery store with deli, bakery, meat and seafood departments. The Mauna Lani Resort is home to two Championship golf courses, the Francis H. I’i Brown North and South Courses and beautiful white sand beaches!
