Sleeps 4-5 - Cozy, comfortable, updated, quiet, 2 bedroom 2 bath , 2nd floor Condo.
Close to the beach, tennis and pickle ball courts , golf, restaurants , and Sanctuary Hotel and Spa !
. Guests enjoy 1 king bd, 1 queen, twin daybed, trundle , a sunny screened in porch for evening sunsets , ( Wifi) and smart tv.
Our Tennis Club Villa is well appointed and includes a fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc) . Mr Coffee maker and Keurig , initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, heat,air. , starter supply of paper products ) detergents, 24-hour security in a gated Community, 2 Parking spaces per Reservation . Our condo does NOT have pool access
For your safety , a security camera is located outside the front door .

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was nice for beach access. Overall, the apartment is nice, with the kitchen and living room being well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms and second bedroom need some attention and maintenance. It was fine for our quick weekend and the price was good for a place on the Island.

The process of rental was easy. We have been coming to Kiawah for many years. The decor for the unit was good. Both baths could use som attention. The showerhead in secondary bath was substandard. There was broken tile in the master bath and there needs to be clean caulk around tub. When we arrived this bathtub had standing water. There were nails sticking up from the threshold going into master bedroom. Lastly, the entry door was difficult to open with the key provided.

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our little getaway. We enjoy visiting Kiawah and this trip proved to be just as relaxing as any other.

Highly Recommend!

The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. We’d definitely love to stay here again in the future!

We were here for a tennis tournament, so loved the close proximity to the courts. The condo was lovely and well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive.

Great location.

Property was in a great location and as described. It is a short scenic walk to the beach, near golf and tennis. We had a great trip to the low country and would stay here again.

Perfect location to all activities for the wedding. Will need to return so to enjoy all the attributes of Kiawah that were right out the door of this lication.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of room and the screened back porch was nice. The location was great with the beach a fairly short walk along a pretty path. Great bike riding trails nearby as well as the beach for a sunset bike ride experience. Kiawah is a really special place and we would definitely return to this condo!

Great Time at Thanksgiving on Kiawah

We loved our stay at the condo over Thanksgiving! Space was just as advertised and fully stocked. I was able to cook an entire meal for thanksgiving with what was on hand. Property is perfectly located near the beach and the Sanctuary. Island had loads of activities for the holiday we enjoyed. We loved the condo and would stay again. Communication and check in directions were perfect!

Terrific Tennis Club Villa!

We enjoyed our stay at this very cozy, updated Tennis Club Villa. Very clean and just like advertised! An easy walk to the beach (Boardwalk 27 ) and the Sanctuary Hotel for dinner and drinks. Definitely recommend for your next visit to Kiawah.

Clean and comfortable

We had a great time. Unit included lots of extras that were unexpected and nice to have (beach chairs, playpen, boardgame, etc). Easy walk to the beach.

Very comfortable place

We had a great stay at this clean and welcoming home. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Everything in the description was spot on. I would highly recommend this place to my family & friends.
