Walk in the front door to see beautiful Aransas Bay across the yard of windswept oak trees! This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bth one-story condo has a boat ramp, day slips, trailer and boat parking & lighted 750ft pier! A sparkling pool also awaits you.

Gorgeous kitchen boasts quartz counters and stainless appliances and is fully stocked with dish ware, glassware, utensils and cookware. Coffee lovers will find a coffee press, regular coffee maker and coffee maker for Keurig pods! New dining table seats 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic bed with luxury linens. The master bathroom is fully updated with quartz counters, large walk-in shower with grab bars. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, luxury linens and a beautiful view of Aransas Bay. The third bedroom has brand new bunk beds, with a pull-out trundle bed, all with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. The second and third bedrooms share an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The condo has a large flatscreen smart tv with cable and streaming capabilities. High speed internet is also available!

Enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the bay-side deck! Beautiful Rockport Beach is just a 10 min drive away. We love our slice of paradise and hope you choose to enjoy our home away from home!

Great clean place to stay with a short walk to the fishing pier. The host was very friendly checking in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele was very responsive, and even let us check in a little early so our kids could go swimming. The location was great, and the home had the perfect amount of space for our family. The pool was awesome and even with the amount of people using it, there was still enough room for everyone. Our 6 year old grandson had a ball fishing off the pier at night. We would definitely come back.

The accommodations were excellent!! Place was very clean.The only issue we had was we could not enjoy the outside deck.Way too many mosquitoes! Not fault of the owner, seems as the management was watering the grass in excess and breeding the mosquitoes.

The location was very quiet, comfortable and enjoyable for the kids. They had a pool walking distance to the pier overall, the location was great.

Cute & Comfortable & Clean

Really enjoyed the clean and comfortable condo. Beds were exceptionally comfy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great stay!

This place is very clean and well kept. It’s in a good location with an amazing pier for fishing. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything was right for us (which it was!). We will definitely look for this place again when wanting to stay at the coast.

Great Family Experience

Thank you Michele for hosting our Family in your amazing home. Our Family had a great time on our vacation, you personally thought out everything a family could ever need in your home for anyone to need on there time away. It's a quite and friendly community. The condo is so pretty, very nicely decorated.

First and foremost, the host Michele was awesome. Always responded quickly to text and messages. The place was beautifully decorated. I loved this place. Definitely renting again.

Relaxing & well appointed rental!

My husband and I enjoyed a long stay in this lovely rental. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable. The owner went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, as I cook and bake frequently. The beds have comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. We enjoyed the nearby pier and the easy drive into Rockport when we wanted to go into town. Communication was great and we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Fathers Day

This place did not disappoint! very roomie and clean just like the pictures. The private fishing pier was the best part for me. It was pretty much right outside your balcony. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I definitely plan on going back soon.

Amazing attention to the guests’s needs and wishes

Over the years we have enjoyed an broad sample of VRBO properties, domestically and abroad. This was the first time with three young grandchildren in tow. In addition to the immaculate condition of the property, its artful decor, easy access to the fishing pier and swimming pool, and terrific kitchen and appliances…the overriding feature of our stay was Michele’s remarkable attention to detail. She is the ultimate hostess. While we never met in person, it was clear that her goal for her guests was problem-free pleasure. Bottom line: we and grandkids enjoyed a memorable stay (which included landing some “keepers” on the newly reconstructied fishing pier).

Nice getaway

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Michele was very helpful and prompt to reply to all of my inquiries. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing on the pier. Only complaint I have is the lighting on the pier. There are lights on each post about 20ft apart and only one light at the end that is motion detected and goes off about every 30 seconds if you aren’t moving nearby. Make sure you bring a lantern if you plan on fishing at night.

4th of July family trip!

Michele was an amazing host with even better communication. Check in was easy directions were great and the interior of the place was super cozy and updated nicely. The fishing pier was very close… and Michele was super nice and responsive when I couldn’t locate the “code” to the entrance gate. Although I don’t recommend doing this, what I had to do was to text her welllllll after midnight… thanks so much Michele for responding to my message so fast and late. I really appreciate you NOT biting my head off. You rock! We would highly recommend and will be back ourselves!!

Luxury in small coastal town

After 18 hours on the road, we opened the door and were welcomed with a beautiful, seaside-themed escape. The temperature was amazing —a nice contrast to the hot summer, the beds neat and inviting, the granite and lovely appliances gave a luxury feel. Our host was friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. She even helped navigate the area with suggestions for activity, shopping, etc. If you’re looking for a 5-star experience on the coast, away from crowds and common tourist destinations, this location, and particularly this property, are the perfect getaway. So much to do, great people, beautiful country. And the fishing is a whole experience in itself. What a fun time! With children from 1-13, there was something for everyone to do, and 5-star comfort for relaxing between adventure. The kitchen was well-stocked and linens plentiful. Cable TV was a real treat and this unit is very close to the pier which was a bonus. Can’t wait go stay again.

Great Stay!!

Went with my son, my brother and his son and we all had a GREAT time! The home is awesome!! The pier is great for fishing. Nice grilling area very close to the house. The property Manager Michele was VERY helpful and checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything. She was great!! We will be back for sure next year.

Perfect!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was so much more than we expected and we are so happy we found this place!!! It has everything we needed and more! Walking distance to the pier, nice home away from home, and so comfy! We didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful oasis! A shoutout to Michele who was amazing with communicating with us.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G Paradise

Hung out with my brothers for our first fall fishing trip of the year. The pier, the pictures don't do it justice. The home was gorgeous to me but of course my brothers just wanted a place to sleep and fish, and they did both with a vengeance!!!!!! Fished all night and never worried about safety issues. The King Bed was a life saver for my bad back. No stiff back mornings.....The customer support is top of the line. Even the people in the town were nice!! No complaints at all. We willbe back!!

Beautiful Property!

The property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures showed! Michelle was extremely helpful and checked in throughout the stay to make sure that we were taken care of and didn’t need anything. The check in process was seamless, the bedrooms were all spacious, and the property was very clean and decorated well. Plenty of room for me, my mother, and 3 kiddos (one being a toddler). Definitely would recommend!

Amazing location beautiful townhome!

Everything worked perfectly. Everything was exactly as advertised. Tons of extras included. Best fishing pier on the bay!! We caught tons of trout redfish and flounder !!! Would recommend to everyone

We have been coming to Rockport for almost two decades. Our sons love to fish and we have stayed all around the area over the years.

We discovered RRYCC (Rockport Raquet & Yacht Club Condos) on 14 acres of beautiful Rockport waterfront and fell in love! North Fulton Beach Road is a special area with piers, wild life, windswept oaks, and awesome fishing! This property means a lot to us and we are excited to share it!
