Gorgeous condo secluded on a quiet and serene area of the island that gives you an secluded feeling from the rest of the world, North Side is the safest area in the safest island of the Caribbean. Our place is for visitors that love private time with direct access to semi-private beach & pool, our condo is on ground floor exactly at center of the condominium with spectacular and privileged direct access to the beach just in front, and the pool to the left.

Our condo is spacious and lots of light through the morning. The shades provide an excellent darkness at time of rest at night, or if you’d keep it open you can enjoy the night breeze while enjoying time at the lanai or back patio.

Two bedrooms with bathrooms each, living room and dining room that is comfortable to spend moments with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay and still wanting to do some cooking. You will be surprised a the fully stocked of condiments we have to share with you.

Just 10 condos in the condominium, meaning lots of beach and pool to enjoy just by yourself! Never a crowd. Our condo is spacious and painted in peaceful white to give you the comfort you need to relax and enjoy the shapes of blue and green the ocean offers.

In the morning you can enjoy the most spectacular sunrises with multicolor effects on the sky, enjoy the day with several tones of blue and green the sky and ocean offers through the day, and then enjoy sunset in different color shades through the afternoon. When appealed to watch the sunset directly, just a five minutes drive to Rum Point makes the trick and then you can enjoy sunset in direct view.

Beautiful Northside Condo

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 10 days. It was simply out of this world. The property was spotless, well maintained and well stocked with basic needs. The hosts are wonderful to communicate with and answered all questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property to any who are seeking a fabulous getaway!

Relaxing Island Family Vacation

We enjoyed the condo. It is clean and in a great location with easy access to the marina, pool, and beach. We spent two days scuba diving and one more snorkeling with the sting rays and shopping. This is a wonderful VRBO listing.

If you like beautiful scenery and a peaceful place to relax, this condo is perfect. The two bedrooms, two baths were perfect for my family and would be good for couples. And it was spotless when we arrived. The beach and pool are steps away and are a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. The outdoor shower next to the pool is really nice to rinse the salt water off when you're done with your day's adventures. You'll have everything you need in the kitchen for making meals. And having a washer and dryer is an extra bonus so you can pack less. You are just minutes from Rum Point and Kaibo if you want to be around some action. We loved exploring and snorkling at the small public access beaches that can be found all around the island. Often, we were the only family there. This condo has it all!

Highly Recommend! We stayed here for a week and loved relaxing on the beautiful and quiet beach, walking on the beach, and snorkeling right off the beach. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo. Great location, close to Rum Point and the Kaibo.

We lived in Grand Cayman for 10 years, so, we were very excited about returning. Couldn't have asked for a better property. Exactly as listed, would have no issue booking this property again!!!

We love location on the north side. Property is in great shape and had everything we needed. We'll be looking for it again for our next visit.

Perfect spot

Honestly, we couldn’t be any more pleased with our stay here. We have made several trips to Grand Cayman and knew the area in which we wanted to stay. This checked all of my boxes! I can say that I have never had as much communication from an owner as I did this trip. The owners were very attentive and informative. The condo is beautiful and in a wonderful location. No surprises and no crowds! The location on the water is great for snorkeling, which we did many times. Without hesitation, I would definitely book this condo again! I just wish that could happen soon!

This property won't disappoint!

Wow!!! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find both a gem of a condo and excellent owners! Our vacation was starting off rough before it started because our rental car was cancelled just over 24 hours before we arrived. I let the owner "Dino" know about the issue and he was quick to offer assistance and went out of his way to help us find a solution. I've never had an owner go to these lengths and it was a breath of fresh air. Finding the unit was fairly easy but do note that Google leaves you about 100yds short of the complex so keep going and look for the blue knee wall on the right! When you first pull in to the complex, it seems like you're coming to the average VRBO but that was not the case. Getting inside the unit was easy with the lockbox right outside the front door and the outside camera makes you feel safe without being intrusive to your privacy. Once inside, the condo is clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home but who wants to spend time indoors when you're in paradise? Walking out the back of the condo is the true wow moment. The pool (we never went in) is 10 steps away and the beach/sea are only 30 steps with an amazing view! We spent most of our time on the back deck and beach. The lanai came in clutch when the bugs come out at dusk. The beach is nice and sandy but walking into the sea is quite rocky so grab a pair of water shoes provided. Once you get past the rocky start, the snorkeling (I bring my own gear but the owners provide some too) is simply amazing starting at about 50 yards out and it's only around 6 feet deep. You'll find lots of fish species around rock/coral formations and the crystal clear water makes them easy to spot. I came across a stingray that was about 2' big and was just casually gliding by which was awesome to see. There are a few dining options nearby at Rum Point and Kaibo (try their stone fired pizzas for lunch) however we did most of our cooking in the condo which was fully stocked. We took a day trip to George Town and to Hell (about an hour drive) which is why I knew we must have the rental car in the beginning one of the big reasons why I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5. The only negative is that we lost electricity for about 3 hours on X-Mas Eve. Dino was very responsive and utility company responded quickly to get us back online. Dino, Thanks for opening up your quiet piece of paradise! I hope everyone enjoys as much as we did!

Great Quiet Property

Dino was a great host - lots of communication and speedy responses. The property was clean and well equipped but would be better for 4 people than our 5. The hide a bed in the living room might be OK for 1 or 2 small children but definitely not for adults or large kids, It is an ideal location for a very quiet stay but a long 45 minute drive from most attractions and shopping. There is a small grocery store about a mile away where one can get most essentials but major provisioning is best done in Georgetown. The development is well maintained and there seem to be some permanent residents who were very friendly and helpful. As to Grand Cayman generally, the island seems very safe and the people we came into contact with were all very friendly and polite. It is generally very clean and the beaches, particularly 7 mile beach in Georgetown are awesome. Things are expensive - you can expect to pay 1-5 to 2 times as much for everything in Cayman as in North America. The island including Georgetown are small enough that you will never get completely lost but it is almost guaranteed you will take the wrong exit from one of the multitudinous, often not well marked, traffic circles. Milly and I love to travel, meet people, have uncomplicated conversations, eat delicious international and local food at the places we visit, and also enjoy cooking peruvian cuisine whenever possible. When at the Caribbean and specially in Grand Cayman, we enjoy jumping into the water at any time from morning to dusk, watch breathtaking SUNRISES as early as 05:45am... unique moments that our lovely condo at the North Side - Grand Cayman offers you, every day! Also we love enjoying the SUNSET from our place looking at gorgeous changing color skies, or going to Starfish Point, or Kaibo, or RumPoint just five minutes distance from the condo, nothing equals the privileged location of our condo. When going out to have dinner or just good drinks and watch the sunset we go to our favorite restaurants or hangout places at Breakers, George Town, Seven Miles or West Bay, and... when lucky, get to smoke a cigar ;-)

Our property in Grand Cayman is our found gem that Milly and I were in search for our entire life together in order to have an enclave of paradise when visiting the Caribbean. Our property gives us a uniqueness feeling and privacy, while at the same time provides the safety of the island and its infrastructure gives us the resources we need, altogether provides a fulfilling and peaceful living. Milly and I love tranquility, quite place, liberty to wake up and enjoy the sunrise while we warm up with a cup of coffee, strolling through the sand-beach that is as private as one desires to be, and throughout the day enjoying the day full of vibrant light to then fall for the colorful afternoons, all in all, having a true island living. For when we want to get busy or go hang out spending a day or night with good and vibrant crowd, or just go to the restaurant of our liking, we hit the road toward Kaibo for the Full-Moon dinner event, or drive to East Side for the Italian Kitchen or Tukka, or South Coaast Gril at Breakers, or The Czech Grill at Bodden Town, or Casanova, White Whale, Rackams, Lobster Pot at George Town, or Murphy's, Marriott at Seven Miles, or so many places at Camana Bay, plenty to do but always the certainty of returning back to our piece of paradise ;-)

The island offers everything a traveler needs to enjoy great time. Georgetown offers living agility of an island city, businesses to engage, good shopping, and good restaurants close by. Seven Miles offers the high-level tourist living, all-inclusive resorts and great international restaurants, plus lots of beach. Strolling, shopping, or eating at Camana Bay gives you a feeling of enjoyment that is unique to Grand Cayman, everything nearby.

Perfect location to really be enchanted with true island living ;-) from your home base, visit and taste renowned restaurants with exquisite culinary experience such as KAIBO restaurant, at the beach, and the Luna Del Mar event once every month, just remodeled and opened Rum Point bar and restaurant, The Italian Kitchen, TUKKA, Morritts a the Pier and the restaurant. More informal and affordable places such as Over the Edge, La Casita, Czech Inn, Eagle’s Ray, and many local restaurants such as South Coast Bar and Grill, Big Tree, Captain Hermans, Easter Fish and Fry, and others.

Visit Crystal Cavern just 8 minutes from the condo, it is an incredible and unique experience, hang out at the beach at Rum Point, continue on and visit Star Fish Point which is unique for the view of those lovely creatures and hang out with visitors on their boats. Visit The Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park and watch the amazing blue iguana. Or drive through the island from North Side to East Side and enjoy public beaches, stopping at the Blowholes in Sea View Rd, amazing pictures!!!

For all other experiences, plan your days to visit Seven Miles Beach area and Camana Bay with all its amenities and fabulous restaurants. Snorkeling and/or scuba dive at many amazing locations, go boating and discover stingray city from the boat view side.
