Gør dig klar til dit livs karibiske drømmeferie! Direkte på sandet, denne stueetagen, er skønheden ved stranden omgivet af turkisblåt hav rundt omkring og er en ekstra speciel deluxe-enhed! Det ligger på spidsen af Rum Point, Caymanøerne, og tilbyder en spektakulær havudsigt og umiddelbar adgang til stranden fra din 40 fods afskærmede strandpromenade lige ved stuen og soveværelset!

Vores vurdering sagde, at det var den bedste enhed på The Retreat på grund af strande på begge sider, udsigt fra alle levende områder, stueetagen, bogstaveligt talt få skridt fra sandet. (De fleste andre enheder har delvis udsigt og er ikke adgang til stranden niveau og er knyttet eller over andre condos - denne ens placering og renlighed er ekstra speciel!)

Perfect from start to finish! The house was in excellent condition, was sparkling clean and the location is stunning! The hosts were super responsive to any questions and we felt 100% at home the entire time! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location!

The location of Retreat 23 is fantastic! Our family enjoyed the resort's private beach every day and snorkeled right there in the small bay. We enjoyed Rum Point beach bar and restaurant just steps away and loved that it was not crowded! The apartment was clean and quite nice, perfect for our family of four. The host was extremely responsive and sent lots of details about what to bring and things to do. This was an unforgettable vacation for us and I would definitely book Retreat 23 again!

Rum Point Getaway

The condo location is fabulous, just steps from your own beach. The area is very quiet. It's perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Fantastic Rum Point Vacation!

Fantastic view, quiet location, great beach access to rum, plenty of room. Katrina and Matt were super responsive from providing great pre-trip information along with helping us with a couple of things while we were there. Favorite feature was the screened in lanai, I sat there every morning reading my book, enjoying the view and the breeze. The place is well stocked with everything from beach towels to kitchen basics and lots of snorkel and beach stuff. We had a wonderful trip and this place was a perfect fit!

First time, great time!

Quiet beach relaxation only feet from the door. Fun options for dining and activities nearby. The host’s emailed recommendations were fantastic, especially as it pertains to viewing sea life while snorkeling. The property was extremely clean, and inviting. With laundry available, I was way over packed. Is a bit of a drive from George Town and the airport, but worth it. Looking forward to going back again.

Love rum point for snorkeling

The weather was really windy this year which is due to going in November I believe. Since we go primarily to drift snorkel from the retreat we won’t go back in November, but the weather certainly isn’t the condo’s fault! We will be back next year in January hopefully!

Rum Point Fall Getaway

We had an absolutely magical stay here in Rum Point, a great location away from the bustle and busyness of the George Town side of the island. We were in the ocean every day, eating fish drinking rum every night. We swam with stingrays, sat among starfish, and ran our hands through the otherworldly bioluminescent waters of the nearby bay. Our time here could not have been more tranquil and refreshing -- we were torn leaving such a high (and accurate) rating for fear that others will learn about this gem of a home.

Amazing Island Condo, Perfect Location - Beware Hurricane Season

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible island condo in Grand Cayman, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and easy access to pristine beaches. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, with modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The accommodations were top-notch, providing all the comforts of home with the added luxury of being in a tropical paradise. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, one important thing to note is to always check the weather during hurricane season before traveling. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate just two days after our arrival due to an approaching hurricane. This led to some challenges in finding a flight off the island, which added stress to our otherwise wonderful vacation. Despite this hiccup, we still highly recommend this condo for its prime location and fantastic accommodations. Just be sure to keep an eye on the weather forecasts if you plan to visit during hurricane season. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would love to return under better circumstances!

Amazing Retreat!

We've been to GCM many times but this was our first stay on the North Side. The sunsets are stunning and became the event of the day for us. We walked next door to Rum Point for a cocktail or snack. The restaurant is remodeled and beautiful. The GM Cory was so welcoming and took great care of us. We rented a kayak for the week and spent a ton of time paddling around. The snorkeling was fantastic. There is sea grass in the shallows as you wade out, it isn't the soft sand of SMB but it is quiet and beautiful and the private beach is great. We drove to Starfish and had a fun afternoon. We could have walked but it was too hot. The condo is perfect. Views from everywhere you turn. The little yard out front was perfect for the kayak and some extra privacy. The whole complex is very quiet and peaceful. We found everything we needed in the condo and it was super clean. The layout was fantastic for us a our pre-teen. There were plenty of beach towels, and we just popped them in the dryer at the end of the day. The only drawback we found is the lack of water pressure in the showers but that is an island thing I believe. If you bring a flashlight you can find crabs in the bushes at night. We shopped at Kirk's in town after we landed because we like the food and the variety there. Chisholm's close to the condo came in handy for a few things we needed and beer throughout the week. We will definitely be back and stay at Retreat 23!

Amazing Views

The VIEWS!! This condo is amazing and just as pictured. Literally steps from the beach and Rum Point Club. Very short drive to Kaibo and Star Fish Point which should be on anyone’s todo list. The owner Katrina will send you an email with all the details prior to your stay that give you all you need for a great vacation. We are already planning our return trip. Thanks for everything Katrina.

Beautiful place!

Our week here was fabulous! This place is amazing and beautiful! It had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and this place is perfect. It had plenty of space. Our luggage was lost on the way and I was glad there were beach towels to use and a washer/dryer. The owner was quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay here again, it was sad to have to leave.

Great stay on the laid back side of the island

We have always stayed at Morritts but decided to stay closer to Rum Point this trip. You can’t get any closer than The Retreat and we are so glad we found this gem. The condo was so clean and decorated so pretty. It had every comfort of home and have zero complaints. There is a restaurant next door, close grocery store and close to starfish point. We only drove to Georgetown one day to let our daughter do some touristy things but relaxed on the North End for the rest of our stay. Red Sail Sports picks you up next door at the Rum Point dock for boat outings which is really nice to not have to drive to meet them. It is a must stay!!!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

A beautiful quiet beach just steps from the condo door. No crowds, no stress, no problems. Clear clean water with reefs and tons of marine life to enjoy while snorkeling. We plan to return!

Winter break

We had a fantastic week at Rum Point with our kids ages 10 and 12. The unit was perfect with everything in the kitchen and a good nonstick pan, which is rare in a rental! We loved the location on the point and the convenience of the ground floor unit. We snorkeled right off the beach and were amazed to see turtles, rays, and even a couple of nurse sharks and an eel! The neighbors were friendly and made great conversation, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy the sunsets every night. We’d love to stay here again!

Perfectly Peaceful

Our family enjoyed a beautiful week at Retreat at Rum Point. The condo has everything you need and we love the peace of this part of the island. Dinners at Kaibo and Upstairs were incredible and frozen drinks from Rum Point or the blender in the kitchen were delicious. We loved being able to snorkel right out the screen door! We will book again!

One of the only units with views from almost every room and no renter above or below, only behind us! At the tip of two beaches! Rum Point is off the beaten path and offers breathtaking turquoise waters all around. This unit's location is exquisite and beach views on two sides. Just open the door and you're at the beach! Our guests come back year after year and book early because we fill up! The best location in Grand Cayman. NO CRUISE SHIP VIEWS EVER IN RUM POINT! It's quiet, remote and dreamy! Not your touristy destination!

* Snorkel in your own private beach by stepping out your door. Amazing!

* Unit 23 has a smooth white sandy beach in front for swimming or snorkeling and a rocky beach on the side that's perfect for beachcombing or exploring.

*The Retreat has its own beach and is ideally situated next to Rum Point public Beach where you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boats, or book excursions. They also have hammocks, food, and amazing cocktails!

*Unit 23 has panoramic views from master bedroom, and full beach views from all living areas.

Most vacation condos are massive buildings with hundreds or thousands of guests, but the Retreat #23 sits right on the sand and our guests step right out to the water. It's very special!
