NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here, you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends), there may be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

This is a fun and comfortable condo on the 7th floor that combines an excellent location in Zona Romantica with a partial ocean view and top-notch amenities - two pools, two hydromassage tubs, gym, BBQ, and ample seating and lounging areas.

This one-bedroom condo features a comfortable king-size bed, balcony, and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen sparkles with colorful tiles, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher at your disposal. Dine indoors at the bar top or outside on the private balcony.

The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. WiFi internet with speeds up to 30 MBPS is accessible throughout the property for all your entertainment or business needs.

Common Amenities

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, saltwater, and freshwater hydromassage tubs, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand).

The Neighborhood

The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Security

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. 
Beach equipment, including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
