Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning Gulf views that make every moment unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Gulf Place amenities are reserved exclusively for registered, paying guests. Outside guests and visitors are not permitted on the property, and all registered guests must wear a Gulf Place wristband.

Wonderful property close to the beach and everything you need during you stay! Beautiful views of the beach!! Very clean property well equipped. Great communication, and a couples things we needed help with were handled quickly. Definitely recommended!

Spring Break 2025

Came down for Spring Break with our kids (ages 15 and 14) and are already talking about coming back next year! Location was key- walked to everything and really enjoyed the views from the condo. We will be back!

Wonderful space in perfect place!

Perfect location, close to beautiful, flat beach, the hangout, all shopping and restaurants. Rooftop pool is nice place to relax and enjoy the views. And there are couches and cabana areas to nap if you like. Elevator and stair access, as well as well secured.

Perfect Spot

This is the first time we have been to Gulf Shores. This condo was perfect for us. Everything was incredibly clean and exactly like the listing said. The views were awesome as well. If you want a place to stay in Gulf Shores, this is the perfect spot. Right on the beach and close to so many spots downtown.

My family loves these condos. We've stayed here twice now and will be back again. It's conveniently located close to everything. So there's lots to do if you need a break from the beach. And the cleanliness is the best I have found!!! Great place to stay, 5 stars all the way around!!!

Super nice place/ sketchy parking

Overall would definitely stay again. Suggestions: for the money paid for a week king size pillows of quality should be an absolute. Parking is a little sketchy but I get it.

Had a great stay location was perfect and ocean views from balconies were awesome! Pool was great security staff were top notch and so pleasant and informative Lucky Bird vacations were the most accommodating and without a doubt everything went so smoothly from check-in to check out and when we had needs or questions they responded in a timely matter! Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our week at Gulf Place. The condo is located in perfect access to the beach, shopping and dining. We were able to walk to every area very easily. We are big bicycle riders and we were able to ride a short distance and hook on to the bike trails from the condo's location. The condo was extremely clean and the kitchen was well- equipped with everything we needed.

Beach Beauty

We absolutely loved the location, the view and everything about our stay in the beautiful condo. All went smoothly for the week. Our air condition went out the last night, but the property manager quickly solved that with another room. We were all so thankful!! Not all of us chose to switch rooms, but those who could not tolerate heat did so. I would definitely stay again!!

Would not stay here again. Good location however very minimal amenities. The pool was not open for the entirety of our stay and no compensation was given. The whole reason we booked was for the rooftop pool and we couldn't even use it.

Convenient location….. lack of cleanliness and upkeep

This is our second time staying at Gulf Place. Here are the pros. Location is great. Steps to the beach, the Hangout, shopping, short walks to many places to eat. Parking across the street is no issue to me. Large open floor plans makes it nice for bigger groups to be able to relax and visit with each other. Secure building with PIN code access. Rooftop pool area is nice (except at night when very large water bugs???? roaches??? are crawling around) ping pong table on premises. Here's are the cons. We stayed for a week so we decided to make dinner a couple nights at the room. There were 2(smaller) pans to cook with and a large pot. Pizza pan and muffin pan was available. Hand held can opener did not work. Lights above the stove worked when they wanted to. The rock tiling in the shower is falling apart as you stand in the shower. There is mold and a visible wet spot on the ceiling of the one bedrooms with water damage to the floor beneath it. Cleanliness upon arrival is minimal. The garbage can in the closet was pretty dirty. For advertising the floor to ceiling windows and the view you would think they would at least attempt to keep the glass clean. It don't look like it's been cleaned in quite a while. Even just the inside of the glass you can see hand prints from previous stays. The doors are very sticky to the bedrooms so if you wake up before others or go to bed later it is very noisy. All of the toilet seats and lids have a yellow tint to them which could be urine or discoloration of some sort. The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not impressive at all. We felt like we needed to go thru and wipe down counter tops and handles due to obvious grit and grime on them. For only being a few years old and for the amount of money you pay to stay here…. they should do allot better at the upkeep and cleaning off the places. The first time we stayed there was 3 years ago. It's sad how it has gone down hill so quickly in this short amount of time.
