Located in Logsdon Landing, a private gated development on an 18 acre peninsula in the Rock Creek area of Nolin lake. The home sits on a 2 acre lot on the tip of the peninsula allowing a panoramic view of the lake.

This 2 acre lot features a gently sloping walk to the cleared shoreline. There is natural flat landing at the waters edge where you can put kayaks in or tie off a boat. Located in a very quiet part of the lake makes it perfect for kayaking in the coves and even into the creeks that feed the lake. This is the perfect getaway for family gatherings or to just get away for a relaxing vacation

Please note that this lake water is controlled by the US army corps of engineers. They begin lowering lake levels to winter pool beginning September 15th. They start raising water levels again to summer pool March 15th.

Great cabin and great host(s). This is our 3rd year in a row to rent this cabin and every year has been wonderful. It is a beautiful cabin, beautiful scenery/surroundings, very quiet and relaxing, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. We will be back again next year.

Peaceful getaway

We loved our trip to Hawk’s point! The house is beautifully decorated, the furniture is so comfortable, and there are so many spaces to relax in. The screened in porch was great! We loved kayaking in the river, playing ping-pong, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing in the hot tub-there was do much to do! It was indeed a wonderful getaway in a beautiful area, and Tez was so nice and easy to contact. We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful Lake House

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! The house is very clean and as advertised. The views from the deck are beautiful and access to the lake is great. We would definitely stay here again!

Off the Grid perfection

Perfect house for 3 couples and 7 kids to relax and explore all that KY has to offer. While there is not much in the immediate vicinity, we were able to easily get to Mammoth Cave, Churchill Downs, some local distilleries and more.

Cousins Weekend getaway

Everything was very easy - renting, communication with Tez, getting in, checking out… We loved the house and the property. No matter if it was raining or sunny, we had things to do and places to sit outside!! We will definitely be back.

Lake weekend

The location and amenities are perfect for a long weekend on the lake. The property is exactly as pictured/described. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the group. The walk down to the water is easy, and the yard is great for games. This is our second time staying at this home, and we'd definitely return again.

Perfect escape!!

Home was even better than we thought - fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kayaks and hot tubs were a big hit for all. We had great fishing. Location was perfect being close to Mammoth Cave as well as Louisville sluggers with homeowners was great and they were most helpful.

Centrally and Conveniently Located

Easy access to the lake. Just a few miles from Wax Marina, and Noland State Park. One hour to the Mammoth Cave National Park Visitor Center. The lakehouse was very comfortable for 6 adults and 3 small children, with room for more. The ping pong table was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again. Tez kept us up with changing information, and answered any questions we had. She was an excellent hostess.

Family getaway weekend

Stayed for a getaway weekend with our family and had a wonderful time! House is beautiful both inside and out! Lots of land and pretty easy access to water. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and canoes and water toys! Hot tub was very relaxing! House inside was very clean and well stocked . Loved our nights making s’mores and enjoying the fire pit! Tez and Scott were very attentive host! Excellent rating from this group! We’ll be back

The place was nice but not very clean! Fish guts o. Grill,dieing fish tied up by lake and lots of trash not picked up. Something disgusting on master bath counter.then thirty minutes prior to leaving we were watch by owner until we left.in short they need a real cleaning service to clean and shouldn't have tried to charge us extra for a game board not picked up.

This place is perfect! I've rented homes all over the United States and Europe and this is the cleanest home I've ever rented. It was spotless. It's a beautiful, well appointed home. You will want for nothing. The beds are super comfy with soft sheets and plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. There are plenty of bath linens as well. Sitting on the screened porch was so peaceful and relaxing. The setting is quiet. The kitchen has everything you could want. There are kayaks and other toys. We laughed at the number of sizes/types of life vests. Believe me, you can find one that you like that fits! Lots of games, too. All of the furniture is high quality. The lake access is PERFECT! A gentle slope to the lake and a shallow shoreline for easy kayak access. This is not easy to find but it's perfect for kayaks. I 1000% recommend this home. We didn't have a lot of questions, bc the directions are clear but they were quick to respond to our few questions. A nice surprise is the easy checkout. At some past rentals, we've felt like we did the cleaning instead of the cleaners. There is a very short and easy checkout list! We hope to come back next year! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had such a fun friends long weekend at the house. Had perfect weather and enjoyed the fire pit, swimming in the lake off the beach with the floats and noodles, and just hanging around in the hot tub. Loved that there was so much furniture and seating for everyone no matter where we were. Would love to come back here again!!

Fantastic house! It has all the amenities a group could need. Only downfall, the water was not as close as the pictures made it seem. The walk to the water was through a large lawn, followed by a tiny trail in the woods. For us middle age ladies, it was fine. But it was just enough to prevent us from doing the kayaks. Maybe if we had stayed a week we would have done it. I seriously loved the decor in this house and all the little things they thought about. There was a drawer of kids cups and plates, there was a reading nook with a great selection, there was a large pantry, and more! Thank you for sharing your house.

We had a fabulous week at this gorgeous house on Nolin Lake. Everything was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for a family of 8. We loved the deck, screened porch, beach/lake - all of it. This is one of the best rentals we have used. Thanks for a great week!!

Home is absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean and well stocked - the best we have stayed at! Only word of advice to others is low profile cars scrape bottom on the last part of road getting to the house and no way of avoiding.

Family of the groom

We booked this beautiful cabin for my son’s wedding. This home is gorgeous and very clean. It is off the beaten path, which fits our family well. We only wish we would’ve had longer to stay there. The large A-frame windows face the morning sun. The screened in porch was a great space. The kitchen had the basics. The host was easily assessable and very responsive. I would stay there again. Awesome cabin!

This is the second year we have stayed in this cabin for our annual office Girls' Getaway Weekend and we will be back next year. By far, this cabin has the best stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the most peaceful place we've ever stayed at. Great hosts!

men's retreat

If you're looking for a private resort, this is the place. Solitude but close enough to get anything you forgot, or get a tire repair from a nail that we picked up. Great value, the property has all the amenities, from hot tub to kayaks and a great fire pit to relax at night. We had guys from Chicago, Atlanta and Houston so it was about a 6 hour trip for all of us (including flying in to Nashville from Houston) and visited Mammoth Cave, the Corvette Museum and 20 mins away rented pontoons on the big lake. We try to meet in different spots each year and some guys said why don't we just come back here (first time that happened). Don't hesitate to book this property.
