We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and offers so many extras. We loved playing ping-pong on the back porch, making s’mores around the fire pit, playing games, and watching TV outside. The marina was just two minutes away, where we rented a pontoon boat to explore Nolin Lake.This home gave us the perfect space to spend time together, relax, and make wonderful memories. It was so good for our souls!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. The outdoor space was perfect and we really enjoyed playing ping pong as well as corn hole. Can’t say enough great things about the property and the hosts!

Host was amazing and responsive. Home is very well cared for and the common and outdoor spaces are well designed. The kitchen is truly stocked for everything! We had a great time!

The house is new and beautiful! The marina is literally just down the road from the house. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The covered back deck has an amazing outdoor space with a table to eat, comfy chairs, and a TV. There was a ping pong table and a corn hole set as well for everyone to enjoy. We didn't take our boat due to the forecast, so we took day trips to Mammoth cave, dino world, and the lost river cave. Those attractions were all about 30-55 minutes away from the house. The contact for the house was helpful and super responsive to any questions. House was well-stocked with everything we needed!

This house is beautiful. We stayed for a week for a family reunion. My 82-year-old mother enjoyed the first-floor bedroom/bathroom and although she didn't join the rest of us for the Mamouth Cave tours, she loved spending time on the wrap-around covered porch watching birds and deer and an amazing rainstorm from the comfort of some great outdoor furniture. (The back porch also has ping-pong and corn-hole ready to play!) The rest of us had plenty of bedroom space upstairs. There is a thermostat on both floors, so the upstairs was as comfortable as the first floor. We all enjoyed the reclining couches for binge-watching Netflix, reading, and knitting. The kitchen is well appointed, and we made most meals there instead of going out. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful new Kentucky home

This was a lovely place to stay! Very comfortable with plenty of room to unwind. Our group really enjoyed the porch fireplace in the evenings and found it easy to cook in the well organized kitchen. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area!

Nolin Trip

Awesome property, very well kept. We were expecting an empty cabin but this place had lots of extras around the kitchen. The outdoor environment was 10/10. Cornhole set up was awesome.

Marriott quality

This house is the nicest rental I have stayed in. Plenty of pans and utensils for cooking. Close proximity to Lake Nolin. Apple Maps provides the wrong directions when driving here so use Google Maps instead.

Wonderful Kentucky home!

Our family had a wonderful time at the house by the bonfire, playing games, and making family meals. The house was close to excellent day trips like Mammoth Cave, The Lost River Cave, Kentucky Down Under and Western Kentucky University. The local food was impressive with Bluegrass BBQ at the top of the list. We can’t say enough about how great Tammy was. She made everything so easy. The cleanliness and amenities of this rental were top notch! We loved our time there and you will too.

We booked this property 3 days before our check in date and got immediate responses from Tammy. The home is GORGEOUS. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone in to creating spaces that are family friendly, geared towards building memories and having fun. The outdoor spaces allowed the adults to sit and visit while the kids played on the green space and in the yard. We saw a family of deer every night, and we felt like we were in seclusion even though there were a couple of other houses on the street.The bedrooms were a perfect layout for our family to be together but still have our own spaces to relax, and there were games and movies and coloring supplies.We had a small issue pop up, with some pesky wasps by the deck, and when we sent Tammy a text regarding it she immediately called us, and got the exterminator out in less than 12 hours! The kindness, attentiveness, and clear commitment to providing a top level experience for the guests is unmatched. We can’t wait to book again next year!
