Host was communicative when we experienced an issue (facility issue, not an issue with the unit). The cleanliness of the facility could be improved, but the cleanliness of the unit itself was good. Overall, a nice play to stay for the cost.

Great area

The building needs some renovation, but nice. The room was small but nice and clean. Hallway musty smelling. No AC in bedroom fine at night but warm during the day even with the fans. Gasket on fridge door loose. I kept having to realign it to keep the door closed. Keypad on door wouldn't work but the staff gave me the key. Overall no real complaints. Nice stay.

Great location and the condo was nice and functional. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the beach, shopping and truly excellent restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

No AC/ Terrible Mattress

This is not a condo. This is a glorified hotel room. No AC in the bedroom at all. There was a ceiling fan that you couldn’t control. It was stuck on low. Owner did provide a fan that didn’t work on high. The mattress was hard and wore out. The body impression was so deep in the middle you rolled into it. The pillows were cheap and hard. The only positive thing was the tv.

This is a difficult rating…

I absolutely love the Palm Beach Hotel. I love the character, the charm and most of all the location. I spend between 4 and 6 weeks every year in Palm Beach for work and have stayed in several units in the hotel hoping to find my “New Home!” I thought I had found “THE ONE!” The kitchenette is perfect. It has everything thing you need. The subzero mini fridge with an ice maker was a true luxury! The living room has a WONDERFUL leather sofa and an incredible television. The bedroom has sufficient storage for unpacking and making this unit your home for the week. The bathroom is updated with everything you need. This is where things get a little challenging… There is no air conditioner in the bedroom. As you know, it is a little warm in Florida during the summer. There is a ceiling fan, but it operates on one speed, slow. There is also an upright, oscillating fan that also operates on basically one speed, slow. Neither of these were a deal breaker. I just bought a fully operable fan for the week. But, the biggest challenge of the week: The bed doesn’t have a proper mattress. It is literally an 8ish inch piece of foam on a metal base. For a person of a certain age, this was more of a torture device than a comfort. My chiropractor is going to have his work cut out for him. If this unit had an actual mattress and base…10/10…100%…chef’s kiss…this unit would be my new home. P.S…the sofa is super comfy!

Great place! Very clean and location of unit is quiet yet short walk to the Lobby. Neal is awesome and building management thinks highly of him as well. Great choice - definitely staying there again!!

Escape from winter in the north

Great escape from the snow and cold. Very nice property in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for us. Great restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and as advertised. The pool is all shade this time of year but the beach is an easy walk.

One night stayed recuperate from a cruise.

It was a beautiful, very clean weather. Quit place. The pool was very quaint surrounded by beautiful greenery. It was in a neighborhood that had everything we needed within walking distance, including a Publix. I would have liked an opportunity to check in early. Other than that it was great
