This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We welcome you to your home away from home. Our artsy galleria condo is minutes away from the galleria plus all nightlife and day time hangouts. We provide a lush and intimate stay with all the amenities you may need to stay long or short term. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath is located in Houston Galleria, which offers of 700 restaurant establishments. There are endless opportunities for fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Our open concept home is equipped with 2 full size beds and ensuite bathrooms and two large couches. We include a 50 inch flat screen smart TV with all the streaming options you may want. We have an extra large patio. We offer coffee, a toaster plus an iron and/or steamer. anything seems uncertain please feel free to inquire before booking.

RUN DOWN SMELLY PROPERTY THAT IS IN NEED OF SERIOUS DEEP CLEAN AND UPDATE!!!

This property is old and the pictures are old and had to be taken years ago. The host Nicole is rude responds when she feels like it and didn’t send check-in instructions until an hour after check-in time. I had to call to left her know it was after 4pm her response was sorry for the delay. The pool was filthy with tenants dogs in the pool area the grill was rusted and out of order. People hanging outside of the property because it is definitely not a condo but a subsidized apartment complex. Then after talking with the leasing office they advised the apartment shouldn’t be rented out to anyone but the tenants on the lease. I contacted Nicole the host about 15 minutes after being in the apartment when we could no longer take the smell and advised her that we will be leaving her property she eventually responded via msg because she stopped responding to the calls and sent me to voicemail. She refused to address our concerns just made up excuses and wouldn’t even discuss a refund so it was money wasted because I had to check into a hotel where or was more comfortable and safe!!!

The potential for greatness is here!

The potential for this property to be great is here! The location is fantastic. We were super close to the Galleria and all of the major highways. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from and an HEB less than 5 minutes away. We were extremely happy that the community was gated and a code was needed to enter and exit. The visitor parking was free but was uncovered on the roof .However, there is a covered reserved parking spot that was available to rent for our stay. The walk from the parking garage to the condo was also fully covered which were very thankful for on the two days that it rained. The condo itself has a fantastic set up with the two bedrooms and two baths. There was plenty of room in one of the bedrooms to put an air mattress. The owner have several streaming apps available for use which was great. In my opinion there are several things keeping this property from being first class. The condo did not feel clean when we arrived. It felt as if maybe surface cleaning was done but certainly not a deep clean. The showers in both bathrooms had quite a bit of mold and mildew. The property owner did have their cleaning person come back but it still did not feel that it was as clean as it should have been with new guests arriving. The towels in the bathrooms were thin and needed to be replaced. The pillows in both bedroom were thin and worn out. There was only two pillows on each queen sized bed and while there were extras in the closets, they did not have pillows cases and were obviously old and sweat stained. The refrigerator had an ice maker but it had not been used or cleaned in quite a while. The ice bucket was frozen solid and I had to clean it out before we could get usable ice. The one pan and one pot that was available for use were old and the lack of others made cooking any meals difficult. There were some utensils for use in the drawer however it was clear they had not been washed well as there was still dried up food on them. The coffee pot was was very dirty. We ended up cleaning it with some vinegar so we could use it. Lastly, this property would benefit greatly from a dehumidifier and an air purifier. The Houston humidity is no joke and the seal on the patio door did not close up completely. Overall, I'd say this property is adequate but not great right now. Communication with the owner was easy. We all agreed we'd stay here again if these items were addressed.

Perfect space and location

Extremely happy with our week stay here. The apartment looks just like the pictures, if not better. It was just enough space for our family to stay for the week. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, easy to get to major grocery and interstate. The pool is gorgeous, I wish I had more time to spend there. Host was quick to respond, easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Nicole and Ken’s place. The communication was super easy and quick as all the information needed was provided via messenger upfront. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, was clean, stylish and equipped with everything we needed. Seriously, there are shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. Mouthwash dispensers and coordinating mouthwash cups. The neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, and eateries. The complex is very quiet! We had access to designated parking and a code for entry and exit. I would absolutely recommend a stay there!
