Comfortable studio with a Queen bed & all amenities:

All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.

The unit is cleaned and disinfected per CDC guidelines by professionals, before and after each guest.

Other Things to Note:
- The front desk will require a $100 security hold at check-in (cash only) and returned at checkout pending no damages.
- ID is required for check-in.
- Guests must be +21.
- We do not accept 3rd party reservations, the booking guest must be the person checking in.
- Denied underaged and 3rd party guests will not be issued a refund.
- All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.
- Housekeeping offers optional extra cleanings for $69.
- Each guest is issued one set of towels, but they also offer extra towel service for fee. Please inquire directly with the front desk. Beware that missing or stained linen could be charged to your card for replacement value.
- Smoking, vaping, incense or candles are strictly forbidden.
- Units have a microwave but no stove top.
- Breakfast or extra coffee is not included.
- Beware that South Beach is generally noisy. If you have an unfortunate case of a noisy neighbor, please reach out to us or the front desk.
- Make sure not to park your car in a residential zone, the city quickly tows away unpermitted cars.
- A local manager is on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Great times in South Beach!

Had a great weekend staying here in South Beach. Close to many restaurants and the beach is only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend staying here. The room itself is no frills, but I’m not coming to South Beach to lay around in my rented room. Room is clean just some items are a bit dated. The property has a terrace on the 2nd floor that was fun to sit at and people watch. Staff on site are super friendly.

A great weekend get away!

The spot was cozy and had all the essentials for our weekend trip to Miami. As the posting shared the street is really active, so just prepare for that. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!

Amazing value for the price

This was great find on short notice. It's right in the heart of South Beach, a short walk to Ocean Dr. and the beach beyond. The property is older and some pieces in the room could use updating but that is also probably why it is so affordable. It was still a very comfortable stay and everything in the room was very clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows, the TV and A/C worked great, and there was a mini fridge (no freezer), sink, and microwave - all the things I need when traveling. It is a privately owned studio in the Royal Hotel. However, note that it is not a hotel, so you can't ask for things like towels at the front and they only clean after the end of your stay. I liked that there was always someone at the front desk, which gave a sense of safety as a solo traveler.Joe, Debora, and Marie were very communicative and shared all the info I needed so that I knew what to expect. Overall I will recommend this property to friends and family looking for an affordable place to stay in South Beach.

Nice short trip

The property was just what I needed for a few days stay in Miami. The comfortable bed and clean shower were perfect. There was a mini kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and mini fridge, but no stovetop or oven to cook with, which was fine for this short trip. Joe and Deborah were great! They both checked in with me multiple times before and during my stay. When I tried to check in, there was no record of my reservation, but that was quickly resolved once the woman behind the counter messaged someone about the issue. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d happily stay here again.

Hidden away gem at SoBe

This private room inside Royal Hotel at SoBe is a hidden gem. My hosts Joe and Debora were extremely kind for being in touch with me constantly checking upon my comfort at their property. Their property is a renovated room inside Royal Hotel so the pictures loaded in Vrbo corresponds to the rooms available from the hosts. Check in procedures is done by the Royal Hotel staff, the only point I disagree is about hotel staff coping your credit card details in a copy machine along with your documents. If a deposit is already taken from the card why there is the need of coping your card numbers along with CVV? Property is located a few blocks from main beach where you will find several restaurants and bars. Definitely one of the best locations to be. Easily accessible by several means of transport, express bus service to and from MIA airport also 1 block away in case you don't want to rely on taxis, free of charge Miami Trolley for you to hop on and hop off along SoBe. As the property doesn't belong to the hotel, you will only get service at the first day, so take a look if your bed linen, towels are in good conditions otherwise they will charge you from the deposit fee. Also check if all your appliances are in good condition to avoid any problems at check out. Definitely I will return to Joe and Debora's property.

Great place

Loved the location and the price of the stay. It provided a clean bed, good bathroom and everything else we needed. I would stay here again the next time I can make my way back to Miami!

Greatly located. However, the disappointment caught me off guard. The room smelled like bleach and the fan in the toilet didn’t seem to work. I was not able to see any system to recycle air. The window was supposed to be closed and sealed. However, it wasn’t and it actually has a draught which doesn’t let in any air but all the noise from outside, including a persistent funny sound from an outdoor fan. Although advertised, there was no shower gel at all. The wifi wasn’t of any use even for texts, let’s not talk about calls. The guy at the reception made a photocopy of my card -don’t think that was really necessary since the deposit payment went through well. Regarding cleaning and linens, I was asked after checking in to check on both to ensure those didn’t have any issue as the renting team didn’t do any check before our arrival. I contacted them more than once and didn’t receive any support, except for some random advice to check the wifi cables behind the tv (spoiler: there were no such cables).

Best thing is the location. Excellent. Property itself is very run down. Condo OK...needs more conveniences for guests...kleenix, paper towels, a sharp knife, beach chairs (for their guests only and left there...beach chairs are $20 each min!) frig with freezer so you don't need to buy ice nightly, new chest of drawers, 1 mirror in bedroom area (not 3 in the bathroom), informaton booklet. Bed was comfortable.

Great place!

The place was really great! Joe was very attentive and it was clear he wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. The location was also very close to the strip of restaurants on Ocean Drive and the beach!

It did what was needed

The location was great two blocks from the beach. Shopping everywhere. This is absolutely a party beach lots going on all day and night. I liked the location it was clean but the shower wasn’t as clean as I would like not enough towels and the bed is hard I can feel the springs we ended up changing to another location. This is owned by individuals not by the aroysl hotel which it is located in. You check in with the Royal hotel. It was a bit too small as well. If you just need a place to stay and won’t be in the room as much this is the place for you. Front desk associate are awesome and helpful as well

Easy, breezy

Clean room in a nice location and I liked that there was someone at the front desk to provide key and give some directions. Small market 1 street over if you want to keep some basic groceries the fridge. Parking garage with reasonable rates very close if you drive. Couldn’t have been easier for my first visit to Miami Beach!
