Dette ejerlejlighed ligger i det renoverede Ocean Walk Condominium (tidligere Ocean Walk Hotel) i det verdensberømte Art Deco-distrikt i South Beach. Du er inden for gå- / cykelafstand fra al den spænding South Beach har at byde på; restauranter, natklubber, shopping og den berømte Lincoln Rd., hvor du finder udendørs spisning og underholdning .. alt.
Vores hyggelige studiolejlighed har flisegulve og skabe med granitbænk. Vi har en dobbeltseng med et udtræk for at skabe to enkeltsenge sammen. (købt hos Ikea) Du finder vores studie behageligt og meget rent og nymalet og dekoreret. Det har en pool med adgang til den smukke strand.
Ejendommen ligger direkte på stranden (direkte adgang). Lejeperioder spænder fra kort sigt (mindst to dage) til lang sigt (måneder), og priserne afhænger af årstid og lejeperiode. Vi har licens af byen Miami Beach og staten Florida.
Parkeringsinformation vil blive sendt videre efter behov, da du bliver nødt til at logge på byen Miami Beach websted for at få en parkeringstilladelse for zone 1. (Jeg vil hjælpe dig med det. Parkeringsafgift for dagen er $ 3. 21,

Great stay and location, couldn’t beat the free umbrella and chairs for the beach! Gary and Maria Elena made me feel comfortable during my stay and were great hosts. Will be looking forward to staying here again the next time I come to South Florida!

I would say the stay was nice. I really like that they had extras in the room, especially because we had forgot things like sunscreen and lotion so that made it convenient. The room was clean however there was some sort of a moldy smell in the entire building, which is no fault to the condo owners. Overall, we had a really good stay be prepared though for the parking because it is a bit of a walk.

This unit is in an excellent location with access to the beach, the town and the South Beach walkway. It is minutes walk to everything, but is in a perfectly quiet location The beach chair/umbrella was a great inclusion. Will definitely stay here again!

I've been to Miami quite a few times and this place was perfect for my trip. Great location...the pool and beach access is such a luxury! The place is compact...good for a solo person or a couple. Communication was great throughout my stay. I came in around 1am and had no issues with the lockbox and getting the keys to the apt.

The hosts were absolutely amazing with their communication. Before our plane landed, the hosts had already sent all needed information for accessing the property, tips on where to park to unload, needed information for the trip, and extra information to make our trip more enjoyable. They even waited for us and met us in person to exchange keys and greet us! Great people. You are VERY close to the beach! Such a short little cross across a walk path and you are on the sand. For the price, the location plus parking and free beach chair and umbrellas is unbeatable! The other guests in the area and building were so kind, helpful, and quiet. The building was clean, as well as the room itself. We loved our stay and talking to Paul, the umbrella/chair man at the beach, as well as exploring ocean drive. Lots of great restaurants and shopping areas so close by. The room has extra little things here and there like bottles of bug spray, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, chairs, boogey boards, etc that make your stay and beach trips even better. Definitely recommend this clean, cute, practical listing and the hosts are warm, personable and keep a wonderful room!

We are Gary and Maria Elena. I was born in Miami, Florida and my wife has lived here for many years. We love the beach, especially the South Beach area. We purchased the studio for a get away place and also enjoy renting it to people and sharing what So. Beach has to offer. I worked for the City of Miami as a computer programmer, and I am now retired. My wife retired from Florida Christian school where she was a teacher, then an Elementary Principal for the last 10 years. She served at the school for 36 years. We have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. We love and enjoy our family and now our 2 cats.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

South Beach has always been a favorite area of ours. We have seen it grow and be renovated the past few years. This area is historic and holds many memories of us going there to the So. Point as a teenagers. We were very happy to be able to purchase the studio in Ocean Dr. and, not only enjoy it ourselves, but also share it with people around the world.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Ocean Drive is a unique Art Deco and historic area. Ocean Drive is a world famous street with many clubs, restaurant and entertainment. Also, to the south of 5th street you can enjoy a more quiet tranquil beach atmosphere. You can go biking, rent a jet ski and other activities, go to the pier and walk down the water way to see the cruise ships coming or going out. Also, you can eat at Smith and Wollensky by the water way or walk down to Monty Trainers for a casual dinner by the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets and yachts.
