It is a great house on a quiet cove. The bedrooms were perfect for our large family group and there were so many amenities both inside and for the lake. We will definitely come back again.

House was good as expected. The two bunk bed rooms were great for 7 grandkids. We enjoyed the two living areas, sun room, water toys, two decks, grill, freezer, and plenty of towels etc. Communication with hosts was good. We would rent again if we return to this area.

Fantastic property. Hosts were excellent with communication, not that we had any problems but they were quick to respond to various questions that we had. House was clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful. More than met our bedding needs for our party of 11 plus an infant. Water toys were great. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Right on the lake, lots of outdoor space, large upper deck, enclosed upper three season room, lower open deck with side pit, and large front porch. Great property! Stayed with our adult son and his family and our adult daughter and her family as well as other grandchildren. Range 7 months, 4 years, teens, 30’s 40’s and 60.

This home a gem! The home has an excellent location just a few minute boat ride from Performance Boat Center and many more great restaurants. We enjoyed staying here and keeping our boat in the dock out back. The neighborhood is quiet, The fishing off the dock was also excellent when we had some free time to cast a few. We would definitely stay at this home again. Tons of room we had a group of 9 in total and had plenty of room for everyone!

Great Property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was so well stocked, which was appreciated. We loved having all the options for things to do - board games, floaties, fishing, firepit, paddle boarding, etc. The house's size was perfect for 7 kids and 4 adults and the location was great - SUCH a quiet cove!!

Great lake vacation

Nice big house right on lake. We had 11 people, two families with older kids and there was plenty of room. We rented a boat for several days and hung out in the water and used the floating toys. Great time.

Great location

Nice quiet cove as far as swimming & paddle boarding. The use of the lily pad & paddle boards were greatly appreciated. The house is just what we needed as far as bedroom setup and lots of space to spread out. Terrific decks. Absolutely perfect, our family vacation came to an end far to quickly as we all settled in as if we lived there full time. Great location for shopping, dining and entertainment. Excellent hosts.

Ages 9 to 94 stayed for a week and all had a great time!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It suited our family group very well! We especially enjoyed the water activities! We even rented a pontoon boat for a day and all rode around the lake for about 4 hours. We were glad to be there during the first week of June before the weather got really hot. Lots of good memories were made during our stay.

Great Stay!

My family and I stayed at the calm cove lakefront house. The photos and descriptions were accurate to the home. The place was very clean and updated. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The host was quick to respond to questions and made the process easy. The surrounding area was calm. However we stayed there during the week not on the weekend.

This house was amazing! Plenty of room for our family. The house was beautiful, very accommodating and clean. The kitchen had plenty of room for all us. It was nice having a large basement with the extra ice machine. Check in and check out were very easy. Only 2 suggestions. The grill could use a new scrub brush and it would have been awesome to have a railing to the steps going down to the dock!

Loved our stay!

Wonderful and clean rental! New furniture, nice appliances, plenty of space. Near margaritaville, which was important to some of our group. We did not swim off the dock at all but we were able to rent a Tritoon a couple days and get out on the water and explore! New property to the owners, I believe. I would only suggest some more bath towels. Would definitely recommend!

Great time and great property!

We stayed in early June and we loved this property. We are party of 12 ranging from 16-75 and the property is set up so people can have their separate areas if needed. Very teen friendly, close access to the lake, well stocked and responsive owners. We had one small hiccup with the internet but the owners were responsive and sent someone out quickly though we determined it may have been maintenance on the internet that caused downtime. The entire family is ready to go back and stay again soon!

Great hosts!

This was our second summer renting this home, and each time, we've really enjoyed the space. It's a challenge to find a place large enough for 11 - 4 adults & 7 kids between the ages of 7 and 17. This place is it, though! The kitchen is well-stocked, there are more than enough actual bedrooms (nobody's sleeping well on a couch in the middle of the living room), and the hosts are extremely generous in sharing their outdoor toys. There are plenty of indoor games and entertainment options too. We encountered a few minor issues, but the hosts were very responsive, and we plan to return again next summer.
