Nestled high in the sky on the 13th floor, this family-friendly, beachfront condo comes equipped with everything you and your family need for an unforgettable escapade! Inside, you and your lucky guests will enjoy a sense of togetherness thanks to the open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upon entering, you'll have the laundry room to your left; the on site washerdryer will provide endless convenience and allows you to pack light. Continue your tour and you'll come across the well-equipped kitchen. This kitchen offers modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge and a dishwasher, that will make cooking a breeze.

The dining table will be perfect for family meals as it comfortably seats six people, but if you need more dining space or even room for quick breakfasts, the breakfast bar has two more spaces. The living room will be everyone's favorite gathering spot with a ceiling fan, a large TV with cable and Netflix, a sofa, and two armchairs. Right off the living area is the spacious, beachfront balcony offering unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico. It also features a comfortable outdoor dining area for four people, two recliners, and two outdoor chairs.

Back inside, this retreat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVs, and en suite full bathrooms. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower and a jetted tub, whereas the other full bathroom has a tubshower combo.

Make sure to take time to enjoy the many amenities the condo complex offers, including a hot tub, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a boardwalk for easy access to the beach, which is just yards away.

Perdido Key Beach will be within walking distance; you just have to walk a few yards and you'll be able to dig your toes in the warm sands and enjoy the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Downtown Perdido Key is one and a half miles away boasting plenty of incredible restaurants, the Lost Key Golf Club, and the Audubon Signature Cooperative Sanctuary golf course! The Gulf Islands National Seashore is nearby as well and is one of the most popular attractions drawing millions of visitors every year. Offering guided tours, indoor and outdoor activities for adults and children, it's a must-visit.

THINGS TO KNOW
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
