Beautiful "Bella" Beach House in Carrabelle

Bella Carrabelle LLC is a beautiful beachfront two bedroom (both king) 2.5 bath beach home in the world-class fishing area of Carrabelle, FL. Gorgeous views, new appliances, quartz countertops and a well-appointed kitchen await the fresh seafood you’ll catch or buy in the local markets. (The crab cakes just down the road are amazing.) The beds and linens are top quality. Decor is classy and comfortable with an electric fireplace for ambiance. Even a new dock is in to enjoy.

This place is so beautiful there’s really only one name it could have—Bella! You'll have the whole house.

Plenty of outdoor furniture including two hammocks, Adirondack chairs and loveseat with fire-pit coffee table. Mermaid corn hole boards for fun. It’s nice and cool under the house. We do have good AC.

The beach is soft and sandy. It’s not a swimming beach (lots of natural grasses in the shallow water), but the fishing is amazing right out front and we do have a few rods and reels and basic tackle to use during your stay. And we have two kayaks and two SUPs. You’ll have to answer a few questions for us before you can use them, but if you’re sensible and responsible, you’ll enjoy them at no additional charge.

Both bedrooms are KING beds. Two sofas (one in the loft upstairs and the other in the living room) both open up for queen size sofa beds.

TV is BIG and new in the living room and we have smaller TVs in the loft and in the bedroom upstairs. WiFi is good for streaming and we do have streaming services.

A beautiful desk makes an out-of-the-way office area in the loft if you have to work during your stay. WiFi isn’t 5G, but it works for virtual meetings!

We can recommend two charters for fishing excursions: Chip Leavine of FC Charters 850-583-1354 and Joe Bright 850-661-7296. Johnnie Candle in Nov-Dec-Jan. Great fishing also right out front. We have a NEW DOCK (yay!!!) so old pictures might not show it, but it's so nice.

Message us if you have any questions. This home is not managed by one of those management companies that runs everything to the ground before they repair or maintain it. No way! This is our beach house and it’s gorgeous. If you take good care of her, you can enjoy it also.

PS We are dog people so if you travel with a dog we get it. And we can make it work. Dogs must be well behaved, crated when guests are away and not allowed on furniture unless you bring blankets to cover the furniture.

PSS No smoking in the house! We are okay with outside smoking on the property but not indoors.

Bella Beach House was beyond expectations. It is a beautiful house that is very well stocked. We have stayed in several rentals in the area and this one was by far our favorite. All the items in the house were very nice quality. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans, plates, and everything else you could need. There was an espresso machine, coffee pot, and Kuerig. Large selection of Kcups and coffee beans in the cupboard. Lots of supplies throughout the house. Dock was my favorite part of the property. I came for a week of relaxation and sat on the dock fishing all week. Dock is new and very nice. Caught a wide assortment of fish from the dock. My wife and I also took the kayaks out for a spin around the bay. Overall one of the nicest properties out here. Highly recommend staying at Bella for a nice relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Bella couldn’t have been any better! It was such a nice place to relax with plenty of space & chairs to hangout! The dock was our favorite place! The owners communicated so well & had a lot of recommendations for us! We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone, and will be returning!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight was the stunning view — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening sunsets. You can tell the home is well taken care of, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic vacation spot!

The property and house were very clean and in a great spot. The standup paddleboard and the kayaks were awesome! We were able to see so many sea creatures.We took a quick trip to TnT hideaway and floated down the river and saw manatees.

Retirement Trip to Bella

This was me & my Wife’s 2nd trip to Bella. The New Warf is excellent and the Electric Fireplace adds some ambiance. The place is clean, cozy and quiet with plenty of extras. There are some good places to eat within the area. We definitely plan on coming back. The owner is great to deal with. Thanks Mrs Kristine.

Fabulous Getaway!!!

My husband and I were looking for total rest & relaxation!!! Bella did not disappoint!!! From fabulous sun rises and daily dolphin & eagle visits to the gorgeous full moon casting its glow over the water…we were so relaxed the owners Jim and Katherine provided everything we could ever need. From the fully stocked kitchen, dreamy king size bed and linens, great water pressure in the shower, comfy and plentiful seating inside and out, great firepit table, beautiful furniture and decor, gorgeous fireplace, kayaks, SUPs, corn hole, hammock and porch Swing. The. hosts also provided a basket of goodies and checked in on us when a severe storm was in the area. Their home is located close to Carabelle Beach and a darling little park. St. George Island and Apalachicola were a short drive away and highly recommended. We will definitely return. recommended. suswing.

Loved, loved, loved this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Bella Carrabelle. Quiet, peaceful area with stunning sunrises and bountiful wildlife. We saw egrets, dolphins, sea turtles, hummingbirds, and so many butterflies! The house is decorated beautifully and has every convenience one could ask for. The kitchen is fitted with upscale appliances and nice cookware, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. Since we prepared quite a few of our meals, it was a pleasure to find everything we needed and more. The outdoor areas are as nice as the indoor ones with the raised deck outside the living room, a shaded swing on the ground level and a hammock right at water’s edge. The dock appears to be brand new and perfectly placed for fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and can recommend without hesitation.

Great family time away

A beautiful house perfect for our family getaway. We had plenty of room for 6 of us. A stocked kitchen and little welcome additions made our welcome more pleasant. We did a lot of fishing and paddle boarding, made smores and just relaxed. Location was great, between Apalachicola and Panacea. The new dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon and keep it overnight. Kristine was great in responses leading up to and during our stay. So pleasant. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great Location

The property lived up to our expectations. Great views, great location. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beatiful new dock on the property. Spent our time relaxing and fishing from the dock. Owner made the extra effort of welcoming us as they caught a flight traveling in Europe. Will happily rent this house again in the future.

Very Nice!!

This is a cheerful, bright, and comfortable home with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We arrived to fresh fruit, a variety of coffees, and even mini toiletries in the bathrooms. Kayaks were available to use and we made good use of the grills (2) and the hammock when spending time outside... LOVED the deck. We were treated to beautiful sunrises, a spectacular full moon, a variety of birds who visited, and one evening we even saw an American Eagle fishing right in front of us (!!) Our host was just great to work with. We loved the home and especially the friendliness of the Carrabelle area. We are already looking forward to our next trip here.

Bella Anniversary Trip

The property was well as described. The property & area was very peaceful and pleasant. My wife and I were celebrating our upcoming 35 Wedding Anniversary. The owner was outstanding to work with. We’ll definitely plan on returning to Bella at some point in the future.

World-class fishing is right out the door! The small-town vibe is exactly what we love.

Our place isn't big but it's super nice. Max 6; it's two bedroom (both king) with two sofa beds (one in the living room and one in the loft). The views are absolutely incredible in this house. You won't want to sleep in as the color explodes for each sunrise. It's incredible. The full size laundry is nice and we supply almost anything you'd need without feeling like you have to run out to the store for essentials. And if you love coffee -- we have an incredible coffee bar! Check out the pics. Hope you'll come to Bella Carrabelle.
