The villa offers a pleasant living space centered around a bright, south-facing double living room that opens onto a beautiful terrace and overlooks a garden with tropical plants (palm trees, banana trees, etc.). The photos in the slideshow above speak for themselves...

The villa’s rooms flow seamlessly into one another: the entryway opens onto a beautiful double living room facing south, where two large picture windows offer views of the terrace and the secluded garden. The living area, furnished with two lovely sofas, welcomes you with a high-end multimedia package (42" QLED TV, Wi-Fi router) and access to Netflix, Apple TV+, OCS, and more. An open, fully equipped, and brand-new kitchen makes cooking a breeze and delights even the most discerning gourmets: oven, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker & Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster..... A large bedroom and a bathroom with a spacious shower area complete this first level.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with high-quality beds for restful nights. One room features a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and the sea; it is furnished with a double bed. A second room on the upper floor offers two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed (160 cm wide).
This floor also features a bathroom with a shower and a towel warmer.

You’ll enjoy a bright and green setting thanks to the 700 m² private garden, where the variety of plants creates a tropical atmosphere. The mild climate allows a variety of palm trees and banana plants to thrive at the foot of the villa.

The villa is located in a quiet area yet is close to tourist attractions. It is set apart from the other houses in the neighborhood, ensuring privacy from neighbors.

The beaches offer something for everyone: windy for those who love to ride the waves, or calm for
