Escape from your busy life and experience the most relaxing adventure at this spacious townhouse plus den! This charming home away from home boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you could ever need to let your creativity flow and surprise your guests with mouth-watering and cost-saving meals! This retreat also features a private washer/dryer, air conditioning throughout, private balconies on each level, and a private beach area only for guests that is located on the west side of the sand dune in front of the oceanfront section of the complex. Head down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to enjoy Ocean Colony's shared outdoor pool.

This condo is within a short walk from popular restaurants and activities, such as Seacrets (one block), Dumser's Dairyland, Odyssea Watersports, mini-golf, and more.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect vacation rental

The unit was large and well furnished. Loved all the decks and room for everyone to spread out. Pool was great and ocean was steps away. We were a multigenerational family of seven and everyone was happy. WiFi was sketchy but that’s Ocean City. We would love to rent again.

Great property. We are the parents and grandparents. Entire family under one roof and had ample space and beds and baths for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Loved all the decks and pool. Great table space and dish ware. WiFi was in and out but that’s Ocean City. Would love to rent again next summer!

We loved all the updates that have been done to the condo, plenty of room for all of us, I would have liked if we had a broom to sweep up!! Some little things need attention to, But We will definitely be booking for next summer!!

Nice time at OC

Plenty of room to spread out. Close to beach. Nice pool for 4 yr old granddaughter to swim after coming off beach. We like to cook our own meals. Large dining room table to sit everyone plus guests.

Beautifully appointed home

The house is beautifully appointed close to the beach and the convention center. I’m considering booking it next year when I come to the same convention. Highly recommend.

Great location

This place has a prime location right across from Seacrets as well as many other restaurants and bars, and it’s an easy minute walk onto the beach. The WiFi password was incorrect that we were given, and the 2 rolls of TP for 4 bathrooms is a bit stingy. Other than that it was a great stay, nice and clean and well equipped

Beach townhome

Overall - the home was furnished decently and located close to the beach. But we had a negative experience with Vacasa, which involved smoke detectors that weren’t working and a stairwell light out that we couldn’t change the bulb to, and we received no help and no responses to our calls and in person visit.despite the safety issues

So many decks with excellent views!

We loved all the space! Great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. Bedrooms on different floors is good, too. Having the middle floor with two bedrooms is super for parents with young children. We enjoyed having the pool and the nice, short walk to the beach. Loved the way the condo is furnished!

Family Vaca

Location was great. We loved having four levels. Having 5 bedrooms/full baths was great for our group of ten 💓 We all enjoyed breakfast on the front balcony and relaxing on all three balconies in the evening. Minor issue getting the correct pool code. Outdoor shower did not work and there isn’t a nozzle for the hose. Also, not sure if water is connected to fridge to make ice. We tried but we were unsuccessful.

Overall good

Overall the house and location was great for our group of 9 people. Comms with Vacasa were better than my experience in the past. We had a little trouble getting into the place with the code we were given but it got resolved fairly quickly over a phone call to Vacasa customer service. We also found one of the showers was missing a shower head; that got resolved within 24 hours of when we reported it. Other reviews have noted they had issues logging into the wifi, thankfully we had no problems with that. But the TVs are all smart TVs and the signal was not strong enough to keep them working, so don't expect to watch anything on TV. The place could also use better lighting and more mirrors for people getting ready. Other than those relatively minor things, it had all we needed and was a good place to stay.

Great location, but has some issues.

Absolutely amazing location, close to the beach and parking was a breeze. Easy access to the pool. However, the unit had its shortcomings. The bed on the 4th floor was extremely uncomfortable and sagging very low in the middle. Time for a new mattress. The only TV that works is on the main level. The shower curtains should probably be replaced more frequently as they all smelled like mildew. We had to purchase air fresheners for the bathrooms to mask the smell. No hand soap in any bathroom, come prepared to supply your own. Limited cooking supplies but we made do. Only two toilet paper rolls were provided between the 5 bathrooms, bring your own. No broom to clean up and the provided vacuum was quite inefficient.

Great rental but some minor issues

Overall we had a lovely time in Ocean City in this rental. However can not rate a perfect 5/5 because of a few issues. First, check-in was clunky. Second, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and we were unable to run it as it was broken. I contacted Vacasa on Tuesday, not fixed by Friday. Lastly the pool code provided did not work so we had to ask a neighbor to use their code. Not huge issues but given the price, you would expect better service

The beach was great, the house was not.

If you’re fine with first apartment vibes, then this is your place. First, don’t bet on wifi being available. There was no wifi our entire stay and judging by previous reviews, this is typical. The person who came to “fix” it, unplugged something and not only did not fix it but also knocked out the cable. The cleaning crew did bare minimum. Dirty dishes, unswept floors, empty beer cans on porch and in living room, broken fixtures (shower curtain and tp holder), stains/messes on walls/doors. The pool code was wrong. The couch in the pictures (room with palm tree painting) is not there, it’s a much smaller one. I have pictures and have reported all of it. The kitchen is poorly outfitted, everything is barebones from the dollar store or Amazon basics. Vacasa barely made an effort to remedy any of this. The beach was lovely but I would not stay here again.

NEVER AGAIN

I was texting the number provided since check in on Friday. I continued asking for assistance the entire stay. The house was completely full of bugs (fruitfly) I believe. It was completely impossible to enjoy a single meal in the home. You couldn’t leave a drink at all unless fully covered. We had a baby traveling with us. We couldn’t even let the bottles lay out to dry without being completely covered in bugs. My daughter had to end up leaving early due to the bug issue. My grandson got sick while there and therefor was sleeping with his mouth open to compensate for a stuffy nose and the bugs were literally all over him. I have never in my life seen anything like what we just dealt with. Never did I expect to pay this amount of money and not even feel comfortable or be able to enjoy a family meal together. Here are a few pics of a small fraction of the issue. We ended up trying to minimize the amount of bugs by making a remedy to attract them but they just got worse as the weekend went on. I texted, Fri, Sat, Sun with the same response each day. “They will contact the team and be in touch” today I reached out for information how to contact corporate and was told “someone went out yesterday to check the issue” very odd considering my daughter was home all day with her baby and not a single person came by.

Not what they show online

I really wanted to love this vacation. Unfortunately we did not. First, when we arrived the first night there was no working light in the garage. It was dark and very hard to see to put in the door code to get into the house. Upon entering, the house “seemed” tidy, but after further inspection it was not. The only way I can think of describing it is someone trying to make it LOOK clean but not actually CLEANING it. The vacuum looked gross. It needed cleaned in order to be able to work properly. Which of course it wasnt. The beater bar was caked with hair and debris and wouldnt allow it to get any of the carpets clean. This being the issue with one of the bedroom carpets. Its was filled with sand. Its the beach, obviously there is going to be sand. But it should have been cleaned and wasn’t. When i went into the childrens room to look at the beds I noticed the ladders for the bunk beds didn’t look like they were fully attached. When I looked at them further I realized the bracket hooks were busted off and didnt even have a way to hold onto the bed. BOTH of them. This was a major safety hazard. Then I noticed the stand up lamp (only form of light in the room) had the switch busted off so you could only use the tiny lamp hanging off the side of it. The ice maker was also broken (so we had to spend money on buying ice everyday) and the freezer had a huge ice spot left in it where it looked like it leaked from the ice maker and then froze a huge mound there. One of the drawers in the fridge was broken and basically just laying in the fridge .And the balcony door off of the second living room area near the pool would not open because the lock was stuck in place. The downstairs bedroom balcony needed the handle replaced because it was falling off and barely opened and the door knob to the bedroom was so loose it barely worked. The knob only needed tightened. Something so simple, but was overlooked. Wifi didn’t work with what they sent me in the original welcome text (took 3 days to get that right too) And to top it all off the pool code we were given didn’t work. I called customer service the morning after we arrived at 7am (because we got in very late the night before) I let them know about all these issues and was told they would put in a ticket for me. I asked about getting things repaired and she said she would submit the ticket and someone would contact me. These things didn’t get fixed until halfway through day 3 of our vacation. We were there 5 days. I messaged customer service via text and called everyday and would get the same thing said to me “ i apologize your trip isn’t what you expected. We will contact the local team and submit another ticket”. I had to keep bugging them over and over again until finally they sent someone out to fix things. I have ALL of the correspondence proving this. The people they sent out to fix things were super nice and friendly and did a great job despite not being told right away. After they sent the technici

Spacious Condominium right next to the beach!

The place was more than spacious for our family. plenty of room and enjoyed everyone's company. TV in each room is a major plus for when some what to split from the rest of the group. Few minor issues. The top floor bathroom looks to be some black dots on the ceiling. The Fridge takes a while to cool especially with the fridge completely loaded with food and drinks, and when it does cool down, it leaks water somewhere. We continued to clean it up as the trip continued. No additional issues. Right next to the beach and plenty of great restaurants! We had a fantastic time.
