not real clean but the office personnel was very helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it wasn't time for us to check in and they were cleaning it and told us that it would be ready by 4ish. and it was.. the condo room needs lots of cleaning as the base boards are dirty with lint and fuzz.. The door that opens to go on the balcony track on the inside is very dirty... The rooms didn't smell clean at all (not like it had been just cleaned) The couch could be updated and it is worn. The bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and we were staying 5 days 4 nights.. 3 people. There was no ironing board or iron but when i asked it was brought to us in a good timely manner. As for the security there i felt very safe. The cleaning of the rooms just need lots of attention. Overall the property was clean.

Lovely view

The condo was very nice and the view from the master bedroom and the balcony was phenomenal. The properly was quiet and not crowded at all. We also loved the pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was filthy (Dark Green) and closed the entire visit. Property mgt said it was safe even though it looked horrible. The ceiling was falling in over the patio. The patio floor was so gross you had to wear shoes outside. The couch was so old and dirty we threw a sheet over it. No rugs or mats inside at all. Pictures were deceiving, the condo was dark and depressing. No hot water in the kitchen. Sandy floors.

Nice property

The property was very nice. We had an issue with a burner not turning off on the stove. But the property delt with the issue very quickly. This will be the first property I look to for a availability the next time we are in town.

Nice property with good ocean views. Might think about replacing sofa bed. Its uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting. It would also be nice to have salt and pepper in the unit, otherwise it was very nice.

Did not enjoy this Room at all

Reviewer Comments: Bottom lock on door wouldn’t lock; couldn’t figure out how to get either of the televisions to work- even after reading the directions on yalls paperwork. Took me over an hour to finally fix them myself. Master bed had some kind of rodent poop all over it and the towels that were layed on the bed. I videoed and took pictures of that and took it to the lady at the desk. All she had to say was that she would get the cleaning person to come back up and clean again. Poop on the guest bed and long wads of hair on dresser. You will pull your arms out of the socket trying to get living room sliding glass door open. I could go on and on and definitely wouldn’t stay in that room again. Paid a lot of money for just a weekend stay and if you pay that kind of money you would expect to be a clean place at least but it was not. We had a good time on beach but that was it. We have stayed here before in another room and it was much better.

The only real negative is the limited parking for one vehicle per condo; aggravating when you rent a condo that will accommodate up to 6 people. I also believe that for the cost involved, there should be a little more amenities provided, such as soaps, shampoos, washing powder, etc., but it IS NOTED in the reservation information that there are limited quantities. The positives are the quality of accommodations and the restaurants and other entertainment within walking distance. We enjoy CTC from this location because of being able to sit road-side and enjoy the views.
