WATERFRONT Downtown Cottage w/ Beach

This is one of the most unique properties on Martha's Vineyard. Located directly on the bustling Vineyard Haven harbor & right across the street from the famous Black Dog Tavern, this cottage offers a truly immersive waterfront Vineyard experience - right in the thick of everything. Everything you could need - from public transportation, to groceries, to restaurants, beaches and so much more - is literally just steps outside the front door. The house was just remodeled and outfitted with all new furniture and appliances. The house is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, small dining area, 2 outdoor decks, 2nd floor master bedroom with full bath, and a downstairs 1/2 bath. Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles - which is like GOLD in that area! If you’re arriving by way of your own boat, dock space can be reserved in advance at The Black Dog Wharf, Vineyard Haven Marina and Tisbury Wharf Company.

Perfect home for a couple that sits directly on the water in Winter Haven A very nice, new construction with all new furniture and appliances. Fabulois views from balcony. Host was very helpful. Absolutely loved our stay!

Great place to stay for a vineyard trip!! Mike was very accommodating and communicative. The place is in a great location in vineyard haven. Right on a small beach and walking distance into town and shops. There is a parking spot if you bring a car. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need for a beach trip. I highly recommend!!

The house was awesome. It’s beautiful and the location is awesome. The host is amazing, he checked in multiple times to see how everything was. I cannot say enough how awesome the whole experience was.

Booking this cottage was the best decision we made for this trip! It was perfect! Charming in every way. Exactly as the photos look. The place was immaculately clean. Our host was so communicative and gave us suggestions for shopping, dinners, etc. Someone asked what the best part of our trip was and after thinking about all the adventures, great meals, shopping, etc., the thing I loved the most was sitting every morning on that beautiful upper porch, drinking my coffee and watching the boats come and go. So peaceful. I would (and will) book this cottage again in an instant. Thank you Mike!!

The property is just amazing and the owner was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Tisbury and/or in the water.

Great place to relax and enjoy scenery

I would definitely go back to this place! Clean, fully equipped, relaxed atmosphere! Mike was helping with whatever you may need as far as information. We truly enjoyed ourselves!

A great weekend getaway

The house was amazing, and just as described and shown in pictures. It is a 3 minute walk from the ferry - great to do a car-less trip to Martha's Vineyard - rent bicycles and/or use the bus system. We would certainly stay here again.

This is a superior listing. We just spent three nights (late March) at the cottage and it was extraordinary. We've stayed in a number of accommodations on MV and this was, by far, the best. The cottage is adorable, super clean, nicely outfitted (kitchen is right-sized for the cottage and has everything you'll need). The first night the wind was up a little bit and we could hear the waves gently hitting the shoreline (that's how close you are to the water). Sunrises were amazing. You are right in the mix (Vineyard Haven), steps to restaurants, shops, etc. We loved hearing and watching the ferries come and go. Magical. Mike was super accommodating and a great communicator.

Wonderful Choice

First time on the Vinyard. Home is wonderful and restful and appointed very nicely. Host was great to work with and everything about the place made us want to come back. Beautiful views and very relaxing.

This was my second time staying at this properly. Mike is a great host, with good communication. You cannot beat the location. The private beach is a great spot for seaglassing!

Fantastic Stay

It was perfect for the two of us. The place is centrally located, immaculate, and had a very comfortable bed. Contemporary beach aesthetic. Walking distance to Vineyard Haven ferry. Hope to stay again!

This is a beautiful property located just seconds away from the ferry. The house has an incredible loft area for sleeping, with ample pillows and blankets to adorn the king size bed. The newly updated shower has many amazing features and the kitchen is stocked for easy use. Mike communicated exceptionally with us upon arrival to ensure our stay started well. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful house to any couple traveling for a nice get away! We would easily 100% book again in the future.
