Newly built house, Central A/C, Walk to ferry, beach, and town

Completed in 2020. This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath well appointed house is located within walking distance from downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry terminal. The bike path and bus line are just steps away from the house.

Amenities include all new high end stainless steel appliances, central A/C, ERV fresh air ventilation system, eco friendly LED lighting, 2 SMART TVs, WiFi, outdoor patio, grill and spacious outdoor shower. The property has off-street parking for 3 cars.

The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. There is also a full bath, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. In addition, there is a separated mudroom with washer and dryer.

The second floor has another full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own thermostats. One bedroom includes a king bed, and a convertible couch that folds out to a twin bed. The other bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided.

The basement is finished, air-conditioned, and has a sitting area with a large SMART TV, and an extra refrigerator.

Off the dining room, step out to the sunny patio with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. There is also a new shed to keep any bikes, or items you may want to lock up outside. In addition, there is a big outdoor shower to use as you wish.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, ice packs, and beach towels are included in the rental.

This is literally a brand new property, completed in 2020. Everything is new!

The house is new construction and is equipped with a lot of items in the kitchen, pots, pans, coffee maker, hot water heater, 2 washers and dryers. Location is walkable from the vineyard haven town and ferry. Hostess was great leaving a note and a bottle of wine for arrival.

What a fantastic property! The host, Marianna, was wonderful from start to finish and very accommodating. The house is adorable, very nicely finished, and every amenity to make it feel like home is provided. The location is perfect, it's just a quick walk to Vineyard Haven's Main Street and all the area has to offer. 10 minutes drive to Oak Bluffs. Great backyard for enjoying a perfect Vineyard evening. 10/10, would book again!

Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Marianna’s “Sunnyside” property, it is super clean and also very convenient to go to Vineyard Haven town center, we’d highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time! The host was incredible. Due to the storm, we were delayed by two days. She constantly stayed in communication with me to assist with the ferry schedule and stayed in the loop during my journey. Upon arrival, there was a beautiful food array to include cheese along with wine and sparkling water. We had not eaten all day and were in heaven to sit down and toast that we finally made it to Martha’s Vineyard! The house is perfect with all of the qualities I want such as a comfortable bed, strong water pressure, charging station and well appointed items for the kitchen and bath. Most of all the house is warm with a sense of welcome. I can’t thank the host enough for her home and her care.

This house is very spacious and would be perfect for three couples, or a family with 1-3 kids. The kitchen was heavenly and well-equipped. Only one bathroom has a tub but everything else was perfect. We used the grill and outdoors with no issue (except we had to be careful about ticks - but that is an island-wide problem). The best part about this place is that it is walking distance to vineyard haven and the beaches in that area. Once you get to vineyard haven you can take buses almost anywhere on the island. We had a car and there was plenty of parking for it at the house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The owners are super nice and accommodating and made our stay worthwhile with great restaurant recommendations!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cookware, beach toys and kitchen’s utensils. The backyard was great for lawn games with our toddler! I highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful home, great location

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 3 teenage kids. Plenty of space for everyone and very clean. Easy walkable location from Vineyard Haven ferry. I would book again!

Five stars isn't enough! From the moment we arrived, we knew this home was something special. The house was absolutely beautiful - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Every detail had clearly be thoughtfully considered.The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all that Martha's Vineyard has to offer while still offering a peaceful place to unwinds at the end of the day. We especially loved spending time on the property, enjoying the comfort and charm of the home.The host was exceptional - friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful experience. Her hospitality made us feel welcome from start to finish.This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on Martha's Vineyard!

The home was the perfect size for our family. It is well maintained and very clean. It looks exactly like the photos however the experience of the house is even better than the photos. Communication with the host is easy, friendly, and clear. I highly recommend this property and I hope it’s available for us the next time we visit the island.

A Perfect Place to Stay

I cannot fault this property. It was beautiful inside and out, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. I had great communication with the owner before, during and after my stay. It was within walking distance to the ferry terminal, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. A little haven of tranquility.

Perfect MV Vacation Rental!

My friends and I stayed for two weeks and had an excellent time. Prime location that is close to Ob and Edgartown, but sits outside the chaos. Beautiful, newly remodeled home. Lovely outdoor seating area. Walking distance to Vineyard Haven. We can wait to come back!
