The house was great. Perfect location and close to the Disney parks. I would recommend the house. The communication with the host could have been better - sometimes we could not get through with them.

Location was great, place was nice, host could have communicated more clearly and could have added our names to the community list (for entrance and pool access) before the third day of our stay.

We loved this house! Even though we were there during a hurricane the host was great at staying in touch and giving us options! It is so convenient to Disney and the water park is great for kids! Would definitely stay here again

Pros:Good size house with very comfortable beds in all rooms. New and very cosily comfortable sofas in the living area. Decent tvs in all rooms. Enough crockery and cutlery for our party of 5, and even the knives were sharp enough to use safely. We didn't use the theatre room so can't verify if the tv worked, but it looked like it would be a good place to have movie night. There were enough loo rolls/binbags/dishwasher tablets for a few days, which was much appreciated.Cons:The house wasn't as clean as it could be. Loo brushes were unpleasantly stained. Loo rims ditto. There was dirt on bathroom windowsills and in the patio door tracks. The outdoor barbecue was filthy- I definitely wouldn't risk eating food cooked on that! The kitchen cupboard doors had laminate peeled off, which left those places sticky. There were crusty stains on the bedding in our room. And upon arrival there was a binmate overflowing with rubbish at the front door.Communication with the host was mixed- with regards to the last two cleanliness issues mentioned, their response was swift and effective, and the issues were solved within half an hour. Other times, messages were either not replied to, or took days to be answered, even when time-sensitive. Having said that, the hosts were very courteous when they did reply.

Wonderful Place

We had an amazing time! House is beautiful! Beds are very comfortable. Pool spa was my favorite, It gets chilly at night in April, so pool heating is definitely worth the charge! My son loved the foosball table and pool. The water park on site was great also.

Families with Kids, yay!

This place was awesome! Big and spacious for 2 families of 4. Water park and pool were fun, the kids loved the theatre seating in the converted garage. Everything was very clean and having 4 bathrooms was great for 2 families. Patio screens were a bit worn, so bring your bug spray. Also, I recommend bringing your own pillows.

Not the Greatest

The first night we were told the spin cycle didn't work on the washer. The 2nd night the lights wouldn't work on the pool and the hot tub wouldn't work. Left the next day.

Ohana - Post Cruise Stay

Our stay at Ohana was wonderful. Excellent way to finish up our family cruise vacation and birthday celebration for my 10 yr old grandson. We found the house to be very clean, with most items that you will need to have a great time. Swimming pool was clean and the kids enjoyed the movie theater the most. The house is located very close to tourists attractions, shopping , and dining areas. The property was easy to access. Communication with property owner was excellent, his response time was outstanding 30 min or less. We really appreciated him allowing us to do an early check in. Recommendations- while these are all minor and does not take away from how amazing this property is I feel it should be mentioned. Provide iron and ironing board, replace worn bath towels and wash cloths.provide linen for futon.

Stay before cruise

We stayed a few days before our cruise. Super nice house. We were notified right before check In the dryer was not going to be working so we had to find a laundromat to wash. We purchased heat for the pool/spa the first day they didn’t come till pretty late to turn it on and too late to get warm so even though the people before us had it on the weather in FL didn’t help in preserving it. So we did pay for a day that we couldn’t use. Other than those two things it doesn’t not steer me away from renting again! I still give 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

All I can say is wow. Have stayed in a few different villas in Windsor hills and I must say this has been the best one to stay in. It was comfortable and clean. Perfect for us to spend more time in the house. I would recommend staying here except for when I want to stay . Next time I go to Disney I will definitely be making this my first choice. Thanks for a lovely trip.

Best disney vacation

This house was spacious and clean with the best outdoor area and pool to relax on our rest days from the park. It was so nice to have the room to spread out in the evenings with kids watching a movie while the adults relaxed together. Overall an excellent house and vacation!

Great home for large parties

As stated in my title this property is great for large parties. Each room has a bathroom and extra sleeping areas in the living room (futon and fold-out couch). We enjoyed the Media room with a Foosball table and the pool in the backyard. The bonus was the access to the outside so we could watch the kids still while making dinner. The only downsides we had were the pool/spa, we paid extra for the heat in the pool and spa. The spa heat did not work at all, it was the same temperature as the pool. We did communicate this with Mario and he did say he had his pool guy come by but it never once was hot while we were there ( 6 nights). The pool did seem heated but even my kids were saying the spa was pushing out cold water while they were in there. The only other downside was in the bunk bed room the fire alarm battery needed to be changed so the guest using that room had to try to sleep through beeping for a night. We did also communicate this with Mario and asked that a battery be left on the porch. The communication was that the battery was left on the porch but may have been picked up by the trash guys when they came by. We ended up replacing the battery ourselves as we thought "how would I want this handled if this was my own home while someone else was in it". Overall, I wish the spa heat had been taken more seriously and I do hope the owners can get their pool guy to show them the actual temperature when they ask that it is looked at again because otherwise, it's a lukewarm body of water that a bathtub can be made hotter (which the spa was supposed to be just over 100 degrees) Overall, I would visit this property again but I won't pay extra for the heated pool in the future though.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed here for a short three days while visiting Disney World. It comfortably accomadated our party of nine. The kids loved the pool. We liked how close we were to Disney World and to restaurants, groceries, and gas stations. The community is quiet and safe. We will definitely stay here again for future Disney trips!
