Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness very seriously and thoroughly clean the home between every stay. The pool and pool area are also professionally serviced on a regular basis, including vacuuming and proper chemical treatment. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. We did not receive any messages from you whatsoever during your stay, so unfortunately we were not aware of any concerns and did not have an opportunity to address them. We only wish you had shared more details with us so we could have looked into them right away. That said, thank you for reaching out after your stay and for your interest in rebooking Prime Villa. We truly appreciate that and would be happy to host you again.

This stay was beyond AMAZING!! The one thing that was a bummer was the rain. Would have loved to enjoy the pool a little more. The host answered any questions I had within mins usually. The house was beautiful and my kids loved it! We made ourself right at home. It felt like home and it truly was so much easier than a hotel stay!! We will definitely be returning!! Thanks so much!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had such an amazing stay and that Prime Villa felt like a home away from home. It means so much to us that your kids loved it, too! We’re sorry the rain kept you from enjoying the pool as much as you would have liked, but we’d love to welcome you back for a sunnier stay with plenty of pool time! ☀️🏊 Thank you again for choosing Prime Villa. We look forward to hosting you and your family again! ❤️

The host communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions I had. We did have to clean and refill the propane tank to use the grill when we arrived(which states in the rules, so we were prepared but we were nervous about rust on grill, we had foil so it worked out). The painting on pool deck is a great addition, there was an outdoor fan but no remote. Every room was decorated well and the loft was a great area for the teens to hang. Thank you so much. FYI- not to do with the individual place but the resort pool- you will have to bring your own towels to the pool( this rental has plenty) but if you check out then go to pool- there will be none to use.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, that communication was easy, and that your teens enjoyed the loft area. We also appreciate you bringing the grill to our attention. We’re aware that it is showing some age, and we’ll be looking into the best way to address the issue and keep it in good condition for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for your helpful feedback. We’d love to host you again in the future! 😘

House as described. With 2 small children with us it was a plus to not only have a crib & high chair available but also children’s plates, cups & silverware. We also selected this unit due to proximity to the community pool & playground. Plenty of towels, kitchen & household supplies.

We absolutely loved our stay at prime villa. We had a phenomenal response rate with our host who was very helpful and prompt with responding to any questions we had. The beds are so comfy i have not had a single good night sleep since ive been home and am now on the hunt for the exact mattress and pillows for my home. The house is so well equipt that we were all impressed. There were ample towels and the amount of starter supplies was very nice surprise. We stayed for 2 weeks The proximity to the clubhouse is definitely a positive. We are headed back to Windsor Island in a few months to visit Disney again and I will likely book the same property again as we had a phenomenal experience. While the first two days of our trip were totally rained out, we were very excited to find the reusable raincoats ponchos as well as golf size umbrellas available for use. Those types of touches really make a property stand out Above the Rest and are so appreciated. We have stayed at Windsor island in the past and we definitely enjoy all of the amenities available to guests but bottom line is this is a property with a wonderful owner who genuinely cares about her guests and I can't say enough good things about it other than "see a real soon"! :-)

Great for families

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. Far enough away from the chaos of the city but close enough to still enjoy attractions. My children loved the pool and the resort’s clubhouse. The host responds quickly and was very helpful.

The condo is directly across from the clubhouse, arcade, main pool and entrance. Downstairs has one queen bedroom and one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is minimally stocked with basic cookware and dishes, but there are no seasonings or cooking spray. A supermarket is down the street. The coffee station is fully stocked with many options. A sponge, small dish soap and dishwasher pods were provided. Upstairs, the Mickey Mouse bedroom has a tv but the Harry Potter room does not. The shower head didnt adjust and spray kids mess. Also upstairs is a king bedroom with an en suite and a queen bedroom with an en suite. Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were provided, but it may not be enough based on length of stay and # in party. Limited soap bars provided to accommodate every sink and no soap in showers. Comfort: A As someone with a spinal injury, I was impressed with the comfortable firm mattress and squishy pillows. The loft area felt like it was built just for the kids. The arcade game had dozens of old school games for the kids and adults! The small pool was perfect for the kids to unwind at night. Overall, great stay. I would suggest leaving extra soap/shampoo/conditioner and cooking spray/condiments would be appreciated. The blankets/throws could use a refresh and the queen room upstairs was missing tv remote but Google TV app on my phone worked as a remote. The host was super responsive and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Loved our amazing accommodations. Location was great and house was very clean with everything we needed. There were a few maintenance issues that we shared with Emilia who promptly replied and said she would let maintenance know. We arrived on a Thursday (June) and left 3 days later on Sunday. The atmosphere of the place changed on Friday night and Saturday...it was louder and busier. Lots of people checking in...Not a complaint, just an observation. Lots to do and staff were very friendly at the clubhouse. Lazy river was very enjoyable but a bit crowded but again I'm not surprised because everyone would love to stay here. I am very grateful our rental had its own private pool! When the clubhouse pool got too busy we just lounged around our own. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I was in the area.
