Offering… a Plush Queen size bed and pillows, Microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, toaster oven, hot pot, and coffee maker provided. Heater in winter and AC in summer! You can expect a GLORIOUS outdoor shower experience, while surrounded by a GORGEOUS mosaic tile/glass/mirror design… all discreet of course! Large 14 foot long SWIM SPA professionally maintained and heated until May. Usage fee is an additional $25 per night and can be added when booking.
SPA RULES… please shower before use, keep spa covered when not in use and please wear hair tie. NO Parties or unauthorized guests allowed in spa or on property without Host consent. Please refrain from spa use after 12pm.
PETS ARE WELCOME! please include number of pets and breeds in booking as well as the pet fee payment of $25 per pet, per night, when booking. The property has a fully enclosed and secure yard, so they can run around but please be in the yard with them.

When you leave, they leave. Few exceptions considered.
Pick up after them immediately.
Please be respectful of outdoor turf landscape, Aviary, and Catio. If they jump up, they can destroy property.
