Beach was easy access and beautiful. The home was comfortable and lovely. It accommodated our group of 16 (8 adults, 8 children) very well with plenty of space. Parking was SO nice! And, of course, Fernandino Beach is a nice town with plenty of nice restaurants and things to do. We loved it all- will definitely plan to go back.

This was an outstanding property. It’s obvious that the owners take great care to make sure it’s clean. Communication was excellent. There was plenty of space for all of the women on our ladies trip. The location is perfectly close to downtown where we had some amazing dinners. Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING. We rented it for our family for our Dad's funeral and it made the weekend so much easier. The house if absolutely fantastic. House management company was OUTSTANDING. Beach was right there- could watch the kids play on the beach from the porch. Can't say enough good things about the property and the management company. OUTSTANDING.

Multi family vacation

Perfect home and location for our multi family vacation. Each family had their own wing with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The home was very comfortable and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment would be that outdoor furniture is lacking on the porch overlooking the ocean.
