What a terrific 😊 guest experience at Heron’s Hideaway! That 3 minute 🚗 drive to the beach 🏖️are always a joy for us too! Karen and I are frequent VRBO travelers ourselves. I can’t tell you how many times I had to do research on what is available nearby when we check in. By the time I figured it out we were leaving. So, we made a point to share “to do” info so guests can focus on options available. Appreciate that you uploaded pictures too! I told Karen we need to 🍽️ eat out more often LOL! Jody shared upon arrival that she had a condition where certain odors caused migraine headaches. We do not use scent diffusers or any type of fragrance in our rentals for this reason. We had several people perform a “sniff test” and could not detect any scenti, however, one person mentioned the slight smell of jasmine in the garden and noted this is a common trigger. Jody left immediately and requested a 100% refund. Since it was 6PM we gave her a refund apart from her first night. Regarding the pool, when the rental is occupied, it is for use of our guests exclusively and this is mentioned in the description.
