Beautiful Property

We were so happy with our stay. The property was comfortable and beautiful. We loved the backyard to be able to let our little ones run around before walking to the beach.

Beautiful place, great location

We had an amazing girls-trip weekend. This house is beautiful and in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants. We really appreciated having the beach towels, coolers and wagon there for our use. This would be a great choice for a family trip as well!

Cozy beach house!!

I stayed solo (mom vacation) for a week and it was such a treat! The house is super clean, spacious, bed was VERY comfy - and the location was perfect!! It was a quick walk across the street to the beach (catch the sunrise, it’s worth it!) and great little restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance! Thank you Megan - it was a truly relaxing getaway - thank you!

Modern St Augustine Rental

This is a beautiful place with great attention to detail. Megan had thought of everything that we needed. The process of checking in was very clear and trouble free. Access to the beach is easy with all you might want for either a family or quite walks. We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect stay!!!

10/10 recommend this place!! We are a family of 3 and we’re looking for a perfect beach getaway. The home’s interior design of ‘minimalistic boho’ is what initially sold us, but when we arrived, we were even more impressed with the immensities included. The house had everything we needed and more: high chair for the baby, wagon for the beach, umbrella, toys, beach blanket, and cooler! My favorite part was the outdoor shower— just perfect for after the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

LOVED IT!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation in St. Augustine. The home is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also so comfortable. The location is perfect--a block to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, not too close to any of the big hotels. Megan was a fabulous host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Home is newly remodeled, such cute decor. Very clean. Easy walk to beach, pier, farmers market (Wednesday mornings), Salt Life. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent communication with owner.

Family Beach Week

We had a great time staying at the villa for a week. This rental had everything we needed and it was beautiful. Communication with the owner was easy and the property was very clean. We really appreciated the beach cart, beach toys and outdoor shower! The location was so convenient that we were able to go to the beach, go into town for sights, go out to dinner and out for ice cream every day. I would recommend this rental to any small family looking for a low key beach getaway.

Family Trip

We visited St Augustine to see family and introduce our 2 year old to his great grandma for the first time. We had a great trip and were so comfortable! It was easy to check in, and conveniently located close to the beach, coffee and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the donut shop and park near the pier. We enjoyed spending time catching some FL sun the backyard sitting area. We loved the Historic Downtown St Augustine area. Such a great family trip! Great unit and value for location! We will be back to visit the area and hope to stay again!

Perfect Villa Close to the Beach

This Villa is perfect if you are looking for a place close to the beach. It was just about a 2 minute walk to the beach with a wagon and other beach items provided! The house was beautiful and had all the best amenities. The bed was comfortable with super soft sheets, the water pressure throughout the whole house was amazing, and everything that was needed to cook was provided in the kitchen. The backyard was very nice and secluded. Tons of great restaurants, ice cream, and donuts within walking distance of the Villa. And downtown St. Augustine is just a 5 minute car ride away!

Can't control the weather

The house was as welcoming as the owners, both fantastic. The location of the house is great and the diner literally next door is a must. Very easy to get into st augustine itself. Sort of reminded us of our folly beach/Charleston vacation last year. The only disappointment was it rained pretty solidly forb3 straight days so we really couldn't enjoy the beach. Definitely recommend.

Amazing little getaway!

Great end of summer getaway with my kiddos (twins-8 & a 7 year old!) Amazing location! So many options within walking distance!! The beach was so nice:) Your home is beautiful! Just as pictured, but even better in person:) the outdoor shower was a huge success with the kids. I may need to get one at home..lol! We ventured downtown for a day and it was a quick drive away! Would definitely recommend to others! Great price..feels like a steal:) If staying in the area, you're missing out if you don't stay here!!!!!

St. Augustine Beach is the best!

There was so much to love about our stay. The villa was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was conveniently located to the sugar sand beach, restaurants, farmers market and short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Breathtaking sunrises were just a 2 minute walk away. Some things we really enjoyed in the villa were the reverse osmosis drinking water facet, the French press, comfortable master bed and sofa and general overall feeling of comfort and airiness in the space. A couple things to consider for improvement: an upgraded toaster to hold thicker bread and bagels, more spoons, a spatula, flipper for turning food in pans, ironing board. We had a fantastic stay!

Fabulous choice!!

This was our first trip to the St Augustine area and we had a great time! Megan’s home is by far one of my most favorite I have rented through VRBO. She was extremely helpful with any touristy questions I had, as well as ensuring the house was suitable for us. Megan went out of her way to make our anniversary special and we appreciated it so much! The house itself was clean and had all of the necessities. The decor was superb and the location was perfect! I am already planning our next trip with our teen and young adult children. There is also plenty of retail and restaurants nearby to walk to and the beach is very close! You will not be sorry with this choice!

Incredible Villa!

My husband and I just got married and decided on St. Augustine for our honeymoon because we fell in love with it the first time we went. We found this cute villa and knew that this is where we had to stay. The pictures do not do it justice — this place was AMAZING! Although we enjoyed the beach, we were just as content staying at our little villa. Mrs. Kling was the most gracious host and our experience was definitely an unforgettable one. I work in Property Management at the beach in AL, myself, and this property is absolutely top notch in every single way! Any time we visit St. Augustine, we will make sure to stay here time and time again.

Perfect

The place was very clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful space with lots of details, I felt like it could be a chic beach shack profile in an interior design magazine. The backyard was amazing at night, ocean air/breeze—also now want a papaya tree! Super quick walk to some great restaurants and the beach. We loved it and hope to be back!

perfect location and quality place

not only was this a great location and easy access to restaurants and the beach simply by walking one block, it was very close to downtown historic Saint Augustine. Everything in the unit was newer clean and updated. Gabe was a great host and I enjoyed looking at real estate with him as well. Very knowledgeable of the area. While this unit really accommodates a lot more than what I simply needed for myself and my son, it was loaded and prepared for lots of additional services and use. Thank you

Gabe is a retired professional surfer who took to investing in real estate while he was surfing over 15 years ago and has been selling real estate for almost 9 years now. Gabe was born and raised in St. Augustine, Fl and I am from New Jersey! We met while I was attending Flagler College. I have a degree in marketing and a love for interiors. Nearest and dearest to us is our local community, please ask us about surf lessons, restaurants, attractions, yoga studios, health stores etc. We would love to recommend our favorite places for you to enjoy!
