New and Private house!

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home. No neighbors. Backs up to state land. Brand new home (built in 2021). Feels like a tree house!
Short term rentals needs to be property owners. Longer term rentals of 3 months minimum need background check through the resort and to pay HOA fees. $4000 per month to rent over the summer (3-4 month minimum - recommend May 15 - Sept 15) including rent, utilities and landscaping/monthly cleaning.
Longer than 3-4 months is $2900/month plus hoa fees, electric, water, cable, internet and landscaping/cleaning (can discuss options).
********* READ BEFORE TRYING TO BOOK: Will confirm that any booking is a property owner at Eagle Rock. Will not rent short term to anyone who is not a property owner. A property owner is someone who owns land or a home in Eagle Rock.

LONG TERM RENTALS:
If you are not a property owner and want to rent longer than three months, that is possible. Please message me for more details.

The landscaping around the home is rugged. Please ensure to stay on the path only. Do not climb on the rocks. Watch your step. Do not allow children unsupervised on the property, including deck or in the backyard.
