House was very clean. Furnishings were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Golf cart was great for getting around. Host had great communication. Would stay again!

Valarie was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was a nice size, had a nice porch with table and chairs to sit outside, comfortable bed, and very quiet. Good location close to Lake Sumter with many activities, shops and restaurants.

Valerie is outstanding host. She was always very prompt with communicating. Upon arrival the house was very clean. The stay was very close where we needed to be. We have no issues Thanks Valerie for sharing this nice abode.

House was beautiful. Very close to everything. Perfect spot to stay afew days. Plus the golf cart was very fun. Village gps isnt ver good app. Cant search stuf easily. Hot water was sub par. Just didnt get very hot. Was strange like taking a warm shower best way i can describe it.

I can't say enough great things about this house… It was fully equipped, including stuff like paper towels, toilet paper spices kitchen had everything you possibly could want and more… Very clean, and Valerie was very responsive and helpful when we had any kind of issue… beds and furniture were very comfortable!! We loved the location of the house close to everything… And was totally surprised and happy with The Villages. It was our first time here it was so much fun. Thanks Val!!

Overall a good place to stay. The owner was willing to do whatever she could to accommodate our stay. The golf cart is on the older side and in OK condition but smelt of fumes while idling in place; however it did run the entire time and got us from A to B where we wanted to go.The house is small and simple but comfortable and has everything needed as far as I could tell. I would rent it again if the existing gas golf cart was replaced by a new one.

Nice house, wonderful mattress in master bedroom!! Loved having golf cart, we filled it back with gas to where we found it. Loved having dishwasher and washer/ dryer! Found extra batteries in the drawer in the kitchen, but not one for the remote for the master light and fan, but we were able to use the lamps next to the bed. Loved everything about it.!

Long weekend visit

Celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Villages. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Location is fantastic!!

We were there for a family emergency. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The villa was very cozy and has everything you would ever need. Very well stocked! The beds were very comfortable as well. Valerie was very quick to respond for anything we needed and even able to accommodate us to stay a couple if extra days when needed. Thank you so much!

Great experience

Very nice property. Close to where we were going and close to everything you need. Met some nice neighbors. Quiet and had all you need. Would stay again when we go back.

Village Comfort

We had originally booked the property for one week. Upon arrival, we contacted Valerie, our host to see about extending our stay another full week. Everything worked out and it was a relaxing, comfortable stay.The location was perfect for us as we are huge fans of Sumpter Landing. Valerie was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Weekend Stay

Great Stay! The house is in a great location to all The Villages amenities. Enjoyed the golf cart trips to the pool, dinner and to Sumter Landing to watch the sunset over the water. The house was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Plenty of space for four adults. Friendly neighbors. House was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Beds are comfy. Flat parking for two cars. All the little extras made for a relaxing stay. Excellent communication with owner. Hope to stay again soon!

Comfortable home, great location

This home was wonderful for our 3 week stay. It had all the amenities we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. Nice decor, comfortable beds and wonderful lanai. Golf cart was good. Easy access to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing. We would stay here again.

The Villages offers a safe, clean, friendly environment with tons of activities, live entertainment, and endless opportunities to get involved in things you love to do as well as try new things. It has been called the adult Disney World for a reason.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Both of my properties are set up to be your home away from home, stocked with amenities, comfortable furniture and beds. I would not ask my guests to stay in a place that I would not love to stay in. To me, these are homes that should feel like homes, not an "investment property". You will feel the difference when you stay.
