This was our third time to stay here. David was so helpful and had thought of everything. We know when we stay here it will be an enjoyable experience. The property is always clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing! This property is convenient to all beaches and restaurants are nearby. We will be back again! This villa is absolutely stunning and perfect. Incredibly clean with every amenity you will need and more. The owners are incredibly responsive. The views are sensational. We have also stayed in the villa above and it was just as beautiful. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful views, well appointed villa. Excellent support from property manager and excellent communication with host. Villa is very private and yet nearly all beaches accessible-most within 20-30 min drive. Recommend a six cylinder vehicle to more easily navigate some of the VERY steep hills on the island. Would stay again! Thank you for sharing your lovely villa!

Villa Celeste Paradis was amazing! It was clean, the host responded quickly, and it has a million dollar view of Coral Bay! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had the perfect vacation! We’ll definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful house, very well laid out with bedrooms w/ their own bathroom on either side of the home. The deck was large with a stunning view of Coral Bay. A short, beautiful drive to several amazing beaches.

This was our second stay at this beautiful villa, and it was just as amazing as the first! Returning here felt like coming home. The villa is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The views are absolutely breathtaking and never get old. We enjoyed our mornings with coffee overlooking the island and our evenings taking in the incredible sunsets. The location is perfect, peaceful and private.The host continues to be exceptional. Communication was excellent, and they go above and beyond to make sure every stay is enjoyable and stress-free.There's a reason we came back a second time, and we hope it won't be our last. If you're looking for an unforgettable place to stay in St. John, we can't recommend this villa highly enough. It's truly a special place that keeps us coming back.

The view from this villa is fantastic, and even more so at sunrise. The villa was the perfect setup for two couples and was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the provided beach chairs, cooler, towels, noodles, and all the other little extras.The host Lois and David, the manager, were very responsive and provided lots of good info and a recommended sailing charter which we thoroughly enjoyed. Upon booking, I thought the location could possibly be inconvenient, but it wasn’t. There are grocery stores and some restaurants nearby and accessing hiking trails and the beautiful beaches was not a problem.We had a nice stay in Coral Bay at this villa. We had no issues and would definitely stay again.

Great property with the highlights being the outstanding view and the small extras that make a difference. Extras like…A great water filter that allowed us to refill water bottles to take with us daily on our beach/trail excursions.Beach chairs. Beach towels. Coolers. Beach bags. Things that make outings easier.The kitchen was also well equipped.David, the property manager, was great to deal with and eager to help with any questions or concerns that came up.Also a great location in relation to the shops and great restaurants of Coral Bay.Like most driveways and parking situations in St. John, this one is tight and a little tricky if there are guests in the other unit that is on the property (units are separate..other one was occupied during our stay and other than the car in the driveway, we would have never known anyone was even there). Just be smart when positioning your vehicle.Lastly…..It’s a great price for the quality of the villa you receive.

This villa had one of the most incredible views we saw during our entire stay on the Island! The host was very kind and communicated quickly. The villa and view were absolutely breathtaking, and I would highly recommend to anyone else!

My wife and I have been to St. John many times, but this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Very clean and an incredible view. Easy communication with Lois as well as the property manager. Will definitely be back!

Perfect (and the view was even better)

We were so happy with the place and will absolutely be back. Super quiet, great adventure up the hill, it felt super secluded and was a perfect spot to stay during our proposal weekend!

Great location

We loved being on the “less busy” side of the island. Joy was also super helpful in pointing in the right direction for great beaches and restaurants!

What an amazing home!!! The views from every window were breathtaking. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home was so clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning was perfect in every room. I enjoyed all of the wall art and decorations throughout the home.

Beautiful spacious home with gorgeous views. The deck had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the view of Coral bay and surrounding islands. Everything we needed for our beach days was included with the home. We would definitely rent this home again!

Incredible house!!!

We had an amazing time on St. John. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for beach adventures. Pictures of the view from the house don't come close to the real thing. We will definitely be back!

beautiful villa!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Truly is paradise!

Villa Paradis was spectacular! We stayed 7 days and enjoyed the beautiful views and the nicely appointed home. And the owner and property manager were always prompt to respond to questions. 5 stars overall!
