Beautiful condo

Literally was perfect! Not one complaint honestly! The location was perfect for us as well! Beds are super comfy and the view from the balcony was the best! Def want to stay here again!

Amazing experience

We absolutely loved this property! Clean, perfect proximity to the beach, nice pool, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The gated community gives privacy and security, yet just out the gate is any shop or restaurant you could want. We loved the fact that only people staying at this property can be at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We stayed Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! The room is the perfect distance from the beach and near everywhere we planned on going. Clean and spacious for our baby to crawl around! Not too big of a deal but they do not supply TP, PT, or trash bags so make sure to bring your own :) all around a great place to stay and we will be back!

Great view

The condo had an amazing view! Beds were comfortable. Appliances could stand to be updated - especially the stove. Other than that, it was fantastic!

The living area was a good space

Clean, air was great, property well maintained, security was good, view were as advertised. Screen slider needs fixed

Amazing place

This property is amazing. The only thing I would say is I spent about 2 hours looking for the master bathroom sink light! Haha!

Good stay

Ocean Reef was fantastic. They responded immediately any time we contacted them. We love the Mainsail complex. The pools, grills and short walk to the beach are perfect! The condo itself was okay. It could use some updates and a new rug in the living area. Will definitely return to Mainsail but not the same condo.

Great Location

Overall the property and condo were outdated but the location is hard to beat. The condo needs some updates and a good deep clean. Carpets and rug need to be shampooed or replaced and furniture needs to be replaced. Pictures were accurate it’s basically a place to sleep at night.

Property was great, I thought it was to have 2 king beds but we managed. The bed in first room was not good for my husbands back, but all in all, we had a great time and the view from balcony was great! Would suggest Building numbers on the building as it took a while to figure out which building we were in. Will be back at Mainsail hopefully June 2026

The renting process was great it was the state that the condo was not very well maintained needs help love mainsail just not this property

We booked it about 2 weeks in advance for a sudden girls trip! It was perfect for our group. It was a drive to many places, but honestly I wasn’t a problem at all! We loved that it came with beach set up!

Mainsail has been a favorite vacation destination for many years. This trip did not disappoint. Condo was clean and well furnished. Great location on Miramar beach and use of umbrella and chairs was added bonus. Would stay here again. 5*
