Fresh Remodel 3/2025. Ultra Premium 1 bedroom 1 bath Oceanfront Malibu beach property with easy access to your very own private beach. Subzero Refrigerator, Wolf Stove, Bosch Quiet Dishwasher, huge 16ft patio windows with balcony. Located off-highway on the exclusive and renowned Malibu Road, this 1 bedroom/1 bath offers incredible views, private parking, and peaceful bliss. We are on a PRIVATE BEACH. That means no one but my guests are on the beach in front. Extremely Private and Rare. PCH is very noisy and not private. We are off PCH about 3 miles North of Nobu on Malibu Road. Some Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.

Malibu rental

It was excellent, enjoyed the stay for a family with small kids. Wish the beach had a little more real estate from the water, but excellent location close to a bunch of other beaches. Highly recommend brunch at Zinqué.

Great location

Great location to grocery stores and restaurants .. nice to be off of the PCH.. less noise Loved being able to walk on the beach right from our front door Unit was clean and bed was very comfortable .. sheets and towels were lovely Needed to place a few magazines under the bed frame to keep it level but then worked fine A minor recommendation would be to stock with Saran Wrap and aluminum foil for guests Lots of dish towels but couldn’t find a dish cloth There is construction right adjacent to the property so noise begins early in the morning … we are early risers so didn’t bother us but an afternoon nap would be difficult The unit itself worked perfectly for us :)

Beach front on Malibu Road

Beautiful beach front property. Updated appliances, pet friendly host includes beach towels and dog towel. Good communication. Able to access the private beach through door under the unit. If you are wondering why the rental is less than others in the area, it is not too good to be true. You are on the beach. The view of the sand is slightly obstructed by the building below, however, when sitting on the couch, the entire room is filled with a picturesque ocean view. Very communicative host. Would recommend.

Beach Front Haven

Loved staying here with my husband and son! Right on the water! It was wonderful to fall asleep to the rolling waves. Beautifully renovated… just as promised!

Great location right on beach

We love this location and have stayed on this beach before. The unit is one of several in the building with a private stairs to this unit. The unit itself is cozy and updated with great appliances and huge sliding doors to the balcony. We enjoyed hearing the waves at night and taking walks on the beach. We had a few questions on the heat as not working and it was chilly at night, but the caretaker Luis, took care of it right away. Our daughter stayed on the pullout couch which she loved as closer to the sound of the waves. It's cozy for 3 adults but plenty of room if weather is nice and you sit on the balcony. I could read a book on the porch all day if I had the time. All the basics provided and parking in front of the garage and on the street worked out well.

Five star 1 bedroom by the sea!

This beautiful little corner unit overlooking the Pacific Ocean has a great deck and high end appliances. Newly remodeled and every detail well thought through. Our only issue was the beautiful full moon coming into the den all night. Anyone sleeping there needs to bring an eye mask:) since there are no draperies. We will try to return again and again!! Many thanks

Beautiful Space

We had such a great time at this apartment. It's clean, spacious, and has an amazing outdoor patio. The view is incredible! Totally worth staying right on the beach. Marc is an excellent host and was quick to communicate back throughout our stay. Thank you, we will be back!
