The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutleries and high-end electronic appliances that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Rue Saint-Charles, where the apartment is located, is a lively and bustling street that stretches for several blocks and is lined with various shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and other establishments. The street has a mix of commercial and residential buildings, giving it a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.

To prepare all your meals, get fresh produce from the Saint-Charles street market, which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with numerous producers.

One of the highlights of Rue Saint-Charles is its proximity to the Seine River. A short walk from the street will take you to the riverbanks, where you can enjoy a stroll and take in the beautiful views of the water and the city's landmarks.

This neighbourhood is part of the 15th arrondissement, which has various cultural activities. For art lovers, let yourself be tempted by the Antoine Bourdelle Museum, housed in the sculptor's former workshops, and the Espace Frans Krajcberg Gallery, dedicated to the works Frans Krajcberg donated to the city of Paris. But you can also retrace the advances of the famous scientist at the Pasteur Museum or discover postal history at the Musée de la Poste.

As for shopping enthusiasts, head to Rue du Commerce or the new Beaugrenelle shopping centre. For a moment of relaxation, take advantage of one of the many green spaces in the neighbourhood. Finally, to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris, don't hesitate to climb to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, where you will be amazed day and night. But you can also take advantage of the many viewpoints over the Eiffel Tower that the 15th arrondissement offers, especially the Bir-Hakeim Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Javel - André Citroën, is just a 7-minute walk.

The station Bocicaut (line 8) is an 8 minutes walk and can take you directly to famous spots such as Les Invalides, Place de la Concorde, Opéra and Les Grands Boulevards.

Orly-Paris Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
