Although it’s an older home, it was still nice inside. Pet friendly and family friendly. Bathroom, beds and linens all very clean. Everyone had a good time.

Great fishing spot

Though the weather was not ideal during spring break, we made the best of our relaxing stay. Great fishing spot.

This home is charming and the best location in Sea Isle IMO. It is on the main canal to the restaurant and marina. Always a boat passing by to watch! Several great places to sit and watch, a full bathroom down below and a huge yard for the dog. The beach is a short maybe 5 minute drive. As stated in the description of the home there is one bathroom in the house and it’s a jack-and-Jill situation which could be a challenge for someone staying in the bunk bed room. If you aren’t flexible think about the situation. The 5 of us didn’t have a problem with it. And there is the bathroom down below. The host was super helpful and nice with all my questions! It is an older home so the air conditioner keeps you cool but not cold. We were never warm, but something to keep in mind during the hot Texas summer months. We had a great weekend.

Fantastic location!

We had a great time! Our kids paddle boarded all the canals and into the bay. We fished under the lights at night and caught a few. It was a great weekend getaway. Very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Another Perfect Stay!

Our second annual vacation at Bayside Memories was as perfect as expected! This is the perfect vacation home for our family! Great fishing, clean home and so cozy and comfortable. Wonderful vacation

We had a great long weekend there. My kids and hubby enjoyed fishing and crabbing right on the property. My favorite was the huge deck. I sat out there every morning, drinking coffee, enjoying the breeze and sunrising, watching the boats going out and coming back, etc. and the owner was super nice. He was very patient and helpful. He provided very detailed information to my questions, which ensured a wonderful vacation for us.

Perfect get away…

We thought this was the perfect cozy house for an extended weekend stay. We had friends a few doors down and our view of the canal and bay were amazing. There was plenty of room in the house, on the deck and a great covered downstairs area. It was perfect for our kiddos to fish off the dock. The house was clean with plenty of everything we needed. The property manager was so friendly going above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. We will for sure visit again! You won’t regret your stay here!

Great fishing camp

We loved staying at this property. It is a perfect location for fishing. It is an older property that is in good condition and if you enjoy spending most of your time outside, which we do, it is perfect. Lots of room to fish and for any outdoor games. Even though there is only one bathroom in the main house, it wasn’t an issue for us. (Family of 6) There is an additional bathroom downstairs, but the room is not air conditioned. Great fishing camp and the host is super nice!

Loved it!!!!

This place is so cute!! The perfect spot!!! Loved the views and loved fishing here!!! Would definitely stay here again! I don’t know why there’s bad reviews previously! I have no complaints!! The lights outside, the balcony, the convenience of having a fridge up and down stairs! The owner had very good communication, responded back to everything promptly and was so helpful. Very sad to leave.

Had high hopes

I dont often give not so good reviews but felt I must for this property. This was on the waterway to the marina and offered little privacy but we booked fir holiday weekend so its understandable.The property is much older than it looks in the pictures. The deck is not safe as nails are sticking out and the stairs actually have dry rot. All the outdoor furniture is rusted and dirty. We did love the fenced yard for our dogs. The inside was clean but VERY old other than the couches. Just know thw restroom is not accessible without going into a bedroom.The air conditioner could not stay up with the weather and was miserable. Loved the fishing but woulf not return.

LeAnn, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed and that you did not let us know about these concerns during your stay. We have our maintenance team on standby for things like the A/C and we take safety issues very seriously. Our property description and photos do clearly state/show a Jack-and-Jill bathroom setup for the one bathroom upstairs. We certainly don’t claim to be a fancy modern establishment, but we do love the big fenced in yard and the great fishing, too. Thank you for your business.

This House is located at an excellent location, especially if you like fishing. Our Host Autumn is very professional and attentive. The interior of the house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely be back in the future.Thanks Autumn!!!

We had a great time at Sea Isle for the 4th and this place was exactly as advertised. It is a pleasant older Sea Isle beach house in a perfect location to enjoy the outdoors.

Expansive waterfront property

Our visit started out with some unfortunate mishaps; however, the property manager and owner were both super responsive. Our two dogs enjoyed the big, fenced in yard while we fished. We caught red fish, speckled trout, hard head and several others! Great proximity to the bay! The downstairs sink & counter was perfect for cleaning fish outdoors. Hands down, one of the best located houses if you're looking to fish and bring along your four legged family members!
