Hi Martha! Thank you for your honest feedback. We do sincerely apologize for the issue with the freezer and regret to hear that impacted your stay. We do our absolute best to practice preventive maintenance, however, that does not always protect us from unforeseen mechanical failures with appliances. Unfortunately, most appliances, including freezers, generally require 3rd party technicians to diagnose and fix the issue and we are at the mercy of their schedule which can be especially difficult over weekend stays such as yours. We are glad our maintenance tech was able to stop by and check the freezer out for you, but unfortunately, he did not have the technical skill set to repair it. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and immediately had a technician out the following week to fix it.

Thanks for the review, Bryan! Our staff works exceptionally hard to maintain our facilities, including the villas and clubhouse/pool areas. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and will look forward to you staying at Arcadia again.

Thanks for the 5-star review, Kathy! We hope you enjoyed your stay.
