This is no basic hotel room... Our penthouse condo suite offers a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and private balcony with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. Stay cool with ceiling fans in each sleeping area and a portable A/C unit in the living room that keeps the space as refreshing as you are.
Benefit from free underground parking, WiFi, and a 50" HDTV with cable. During your stay, take advantage of the year-round heated pool, hot tubs, and workout facility to enhance your experience.
The bright and open concept living and dining area features a 20-foot lofted ceiling, connecting seamlessly to the private balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs. Savor a glass of wine and enjoy the scenic mountain views while cooking dinner on the full size natural gas BBQ grill after a day of hiking, golfing, or skiing.
Our well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you need, such as a glass top stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice and water dispenser, drip coffee machine, toaster, Ninja blender, and a Crock Pot (Slow Cooker).
The modern and bright living room offers a cozy dining table for family meals or board games, a custom built sofa and loveseat for relaxed seating, a large flat-screen HDTV with a built-in DVD player, and a gas fireplace. The sofa even doubles as a Queen-sized hide-a-bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress for a rejuvenating night's sleep.
The lower floor bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with comfortable pillow top mattresses and a fluffy duvet. It offers a large closet and is conveniently located across from a full bathroom and a washer & dryer.
The loft style master bedroom on the 2nd floor is fitted with a luxurious Queen-sized bed with a high-end pillow top mattress and airy duvet. It also includes a closet and a second full bathroom with a large shower.
Additional amenities that will enhance your stay include free WiFi, underground parking (with additional street parking available), 3 hot tubs and a year-round heated outdoor pool (pool towels provided), an on-site fitness room, massage therapist (additional cost), and a 24-hour front desk.
Please note that our condo is a 100% pet/smoke/cannabis-free unit. It is located on the top floor of the building, ensuring no upstairs neighbors. The laminate floor allows for cleanliness and is perfect for people with allergies. Additionally, the building is equipped with an elevator, providing easy accessibility for all guests. Quiet time is observed from 10pm-8am to maintain a serene environment for everyone.
The resort is easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot, and offers free underground and street parking. Transportation options such as the Canmore-Banff ROAM transit system, taxis, and bike rentals are conveniently available nearby.
The front desk is available 24/7 to make check-ins and questions a breeze, and the owner is also available by phone if needed.
