Chelan was new to us and this location put us in wonderful proximity to an amazing public park which we spent many hours at playing in the water and relaxing on the soft grass. The Villa was perfect for the four of us and had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this in VRBO! We highly recommend this location and property!

Nice place

Clean and comfortable. Pool area not so inviting but we spent most of our time at the lake. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and clean

This was a great place for kids. The pool is nice and right outside. There's a park adjacent and it was nice and quiet for naps and sleep. It's a little ways out of town so not great walkability but about equidistant between town and the state park.

The place was clean and super cute. We were right infrint of the pool. My kids loced that. Pool is a bit small, but did the job. Its also close to a beach area to hang out at the lake. I would definitely cone back here again

Excellently stocked and well located condo!

We enjoyed our time at this condo as a family of 4! Location is centrally located and close to downtown, the pool is a huge plus (especially when the lake is frigid), and the owner was very communicative. Barring some small issues like the tub not being the cleanest, and curtain rods that were not fastened properly falling off at the slightest movement, we dis enjoy our stay and would book again. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Jennifer, we’re so happy that you had a great time and enjoyed your stay and would like to book with us again in the future. ** Please nite the bathtub is definitely not dirty. What you were seeing was just small scuffs in the corners from where shampoo bottles have been taken on and off the shelf. There’s no way to fix it. But the tub is sanitized by housekeeping every three or four days, perfectly clean, and spotless. ** The curtain rod had a small screw that was loose. We have tightened it so that it should not be an issue in the future.

Perfect place to stay for a wedding at Karma.

I stayed at the D-10 property to go to a wedding at Karma Winery. A friend came with me as my husband wasn't unavailable. The original plan was to have her and I stay in the D-10 unit and it was perfect. But at the wedding my grandchildren ended up coming back to spend the night with me. The bunk beds were perfect. Super easy check out. I also loved that it was a one night rental. Thank you!

We chose Jeremy’s condo for the location, the updated photos, and price. We discovered more.

My favorite is the location, only steps away from the park & bike trail. No worries of find a parking spot when you’re already there! The condo is perfect for families or adults. It is elegant and updated with warm and relaxing colors. Not a speck of dust. I’m a picky person when it comes to cleaning and I felt at ease walking into a spotless home. The area is full of friendly people whom all show the same respect of keeping a quiet and low key neighborhood. The condo has Wi-Fi which I like for checking E-mails. Jeremy was easy to work with and he followed up when I had questions. Price is good, won’t break the bank unlike many other places nearby. We will be coming back.

Very clean and nice and close to the lake

The property is very cute and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. There is very close access to the public park right on the lake (2 min walk). It is a quick drive into town and there is a gas station and subway really close. Parking is good if you only have two cars otherwise it is street parking which gets busy. The only problem we had was that on the third night of our stay two men let themselves into the condo. It had been double rented to them and they had the same access lock code as we had to get into the condo. I think this is something that needs to be changed there should be a different code for each group. If we hadn't been in the condo at the time they came in I'm not sure how this would have been resolved. Jeremy was very good about answering the phone and telling the men it was an online glitch but it makes me nervous if the door code doesn't change between groups.

We are so thankful you brought this to our attention! We have now begun to change the code after each visit, to prevent this from happening in the future. Additionally we will add a internal chain lock as extra preventative measure.

Great place needs some fixes

This little condo is very clean and sweet, good location, very easy to get to lake and park, great communication, we had many questions and host answered right away, and easy entry. Streaming apps available, good water pressure and appliances. Couple things need attention. Bathroom door sticks and makes it very loud at night and just not easy to open/close. Stools for counter are totally unstable and pieces loose/not attached, sliding door is VERY hard to open/close and needs full weight and tugging to use. Lastly the pull out couch is very uncomfortable-probably ok for little kids. We had a full house and as adults opted for living room to have some privacy and wound up having to put mattress on the floor with couch cushions underneath it for 2nd night. Other beds were comfortable. Kitchen pots/pans need upgrading but we’re functional. After staying I’d say price is too high for all the items not working.

End of summer vacation

The location of this property couldn’t be better! It’s right across the street from Lakeside Park which has lots of grass with trees for shade and little bits of beach and a huge roped off swim area. It couldn’t be better for young swimmers you want to keep an eye on. The condo itself was very comfortable for a family of 4, clean, and stayed reasonably cool with the 2 standing air conditioning units in the 100 degree weather. The property owner, Jeremy, was very responsive when we had a question about something and let us check in early. Thanks Jeremy! Our only complaint would be the very small pool but with the beautiful lake right across the street it really didn’t make much of a difference for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We loved this upgraded condo. The pool was steps from our front door and the beach was just a short walk. The kitchen was modern with stainless appliances and all the utensils and dishes were available. The patio and BBQ made eating in fun. We also drank our coffee out there every morning. This was a great place to get ready for our son’s wedding at Tsillan Cellars. We were so close to town and the wineries. We love Chelan and all it has to offer.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful location and property for a little family getaway. The pool is steps from the unit which is so convenient for littles. The lake and park are a block from the unit too.

Great spot to experience Chelan

Property is just the right size for a family or two couples within a short drive of a bunch of activities. Everything was clean and up-kept well. We really appreciated that the property has two parking spaces which allowed us to park our jetski in the parking lot. The public park nearby gets quite busy but being walking distance away was a big plus. Boat rentals, water park, restaurants, and a bunch of winery’s are all very close (5-10 minutes away).

Home away from Home!!

We were so thankful for this property was a perfect place for our family including my dad that is in a wheelchair- it had everything we needed and felt cozy clean and accessible for all our family needs! The property owner is awesome and so easy to work with! We plan to stay again next summer!

Loved it

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Its close to town and Slide Waters so we were able to meet up with friends easily. Also, the kitchen is incredibly stocked! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Comfortable

The condo is as advertised, very cleaned and well organized. The location is superb, few minutes walking distance to the beach and just minutes drive away from central. We much prefer to stay close to the Lakeside Park than the crowded areas of the town. The air conditioning is plenty strong for us. Jeremy is very accommodating and fast in responding. Thank you for providing us a great place to stay for our trip. We would defend pick this property again whenever we are in the areas. Kathy

Great home base for fun in Chelan

Our family of 5 stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Check in was easy. Jeremy was easy to reach, to answer question about boat & trailer parking. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and central location. Easy access to town (5 min. drive), Lk Chelan State Park (15 min. drive). Our boys liked having the pool close by. Nice big screen. Parked our boat out front overnight. .

Great location

We had a great stay! The neighborhood was nice and we all walked down to the park and across the street to a new winery. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is we were hot! There was no central ac and the window ac in the dining area did not cool off the back room. Besides the ac the condo was very nice!

Good location in Chelan

Good location in Chelan for two people. Unusual bed arrangement in the BR with a double or queen ( not sure), and a bunk bed in the 1 BR. Outdoor patio is OK, but facing a fence. It met our needs for a short visit to Chelan.
