NEWLY REMODELED!!!  Very large and spacious condominium located in the heart of Myrtle Beach SC. Close to all the fun and excitement while only steps away from the soft sandy beaches.  Your dates already booked, ask about our other 4 & 6BR condos at this property. 

Myrtle Beach Villas II is a vacation rental perfectly suited for large groups including families and golfers.  Located on S Ocean Blvd within steps of ocean front it is just two blocks from Family Kingdom Amusement and a short walk to many fine restaurants, miniature golf, shopping and other enjoyable activities.

Centrally located, this beautiful 3,100 sf condo is on two levels and is fully equipped for your enjoyment.  Here is the layout for this 6BR/5Bath condo:

First level:

BR#1 - 2 Twin beds with attached bath (tub/shower combo with access from bedroom)

BR#2 - 2 Full beds with private bath (shower & Jacuzzi tub)

Kitchen (with 2 refrigerators), living & dining area with flat screen TV and double balcony overlooking lazy river

Second level:

BR#3 – King bed with balcony access and private bath (shower & Jacuzzi tub). Bathroom has access door from bedroom and hallway

Family Getaway

The space was amazing and it was definitely enough room for everyone. The only thing I didn’t like was that the downstairs pull out couch was very dirty. We were able to adjust the sleeping arrangements accordingly and we still enjoyed our stay. Everything else was perfect.

Overall, our stay was great! My only comment would be to watch your step coming in off the balcony. It was clean and the description was very accurate for the accomidations. . You want to be sure to make the drive to Murrels Inlet that area is worth the drive,

The condo was spacious with lots of bedrooms, and offers an easy access to the beach, but the area/location is very loud. You can hear every footstep taken in the condo above. The balcony over looks the pool, which some may like, but it is very noisy and you hear all the children screaming. The condo's bathrooms and kitchen needs to be updated and/or be deep cleaned.

The condo was clean, great fridge space - somewhat limited pots and pans for cooking but plently of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable. Housekeepers were still there at check in time but only about 15-20 minutes. Pool was clean - nice proximity to the beach and shops.The quiet time rules were not observed at least two nights - the last night being the worst and lasting untl about 4 in the morning. Attempts to contact the office were fruitless as we were told to call the police or find the security man who we never saw.

Highly Recommend

Really love this unit. Our second time staying here and will definitely be back. Clean and well maintained with many upgrades since our last visit. Very comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 12 and the host was prompt and easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well stocked and the two refrigerators a real bonus as was the easy access to the garage for carrying food and groceries. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to staying again this summer.

This is probably my 5th stay at the Villa. And probably won’t be my last. My complaint is the floors were dirty and the shower curtains had block spots on them that look like mold. It may not been mold but it would be a good idea to replace them.

Golf vacation

Everything was fine once we got some things fixed. Several of the showers were pathetic but got maintenance to replace shower heads over a 3 day period so that was taken care of. The 4 slice toaster only had 1 working slot but we made due with that as well. All in all, we had a good time

Great for Golf

8 Guys stayed here. Comfortable with plenty of room. Close to the courses we played and to the airport and restaurants. Have stayed at this complex 3 times, first time in this unit. This has been the nicest so far. Unfortunately keypad entry didn't work so we had to use keys. A little inconvenient but didn't cause any issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place with reasonable rates. Easy walk to the beach as well.

Perfect for our needs had three units 6 bedroom each

Overall outstanding accommodations. I wanted to let you know one unit 104B the bathroom was not clean at all. Plus some tubberware had mold on it.... This seems as a need for someone to check after the cleaning crew that are not doing what you want them to do....

Golf Trip

Outstanding accommodations. 12 guys in Myrtle for Golf trip. Loved the Condo. Very large, everyone had a Bed. 5 Bathrooms worked great. Enjoyed large Livingroom for watching games on big screen, playing cards, hanging out. Nice Kitchen, 2 Fridges . Balcony was a good spot to socialize and enjoy the outdoors. Great location, close to everything. Only complaint, a little noisy. They need security to shut down partying groups that went until 4 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. morning.

Moms and kids getaway trip

The house was in a great location. We were within walking distance to the beach and the kids had a great time at the pool/ hot tubs. We had more than enough space in this home for everyone. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the space. There was black grime in the jets of the tubs and on the shower doors. We had to clean them before we could use them. There was also dirty dishes in the cabinets and we had to wash the dishes before we could use them. We found just shy of a dozen nerf bullets that had been left behind from previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up before hand. They also didn’t supply much for cleaning so it was frustrating to go and buy supplies to clean up after the previous guests. Overall, we had a fun trip with the kids at the beach.

This place was big enough for all of us which was nice but it was so dirty and riddled with roaches IN AND OUTSIDE that I wouldnt even send my worst enemy to stay here. We all had to walk around with socks or shoes on because the floor was extremely dirty. The bed sheets were stained and none of the sheet fit the bed so you would wake up on the bare mattress every night. The couch is held together by tape and forget about the bathrooms.. The location is great but its unfortunate that it was so dirty and run down that it ruined our trip.

We purchased this unit last year during the height of Covid labor shortages and the peak rental season. Because we do not live locally we weren’t able to make any improvements until after the season and knowing the cleaning service provider had difficulty retaining good workers we chose not to dispute some of these claims at that time. However, the following may be helpful to know. All pest control is handled by the HOA and units are treated on a monthly basis. Following the season extensive renovations were done to this unit including a thorough deep clean, new flooring, painting and living room furniture. We also changed the cleaning service provider to a larger firm with consistent good reviews. Regarding this particular guest, their travels started off with the airline cancelling their trip and having to make alternative travel plans that caused them to lose several days of their planned vacation. They requested a credit from us for their lost days which we declined because we would be unable to replace these days on such short notice. At that time we also granted their request for a late checkout but could not grant their later request for a further extension because it would impact the time available for the cleaners to prepare the unit for the new incoming guest. A few days before their check out they notified us about some of their complaints including a bug on the balcony. We own several units in this building and all are in top condition and consistently receive favorable (4+ star) reviews.

Not A Good Experience

If all you care about is walking across the street to the beach then go ahead...pay top dollar. If anything else matters stay away. The mattresses have 1970 technology. Our group ranged from 48-72 years old. Try playing a round of golf then coming back to sleep on a bed of the cheapest spring systems money will buy...OUCH! Wiping down the counters day one was gross. The sofas and other sitting pieces are as uncomfortable as the mattresses. We weren't informed about limited parking spots until just before the trip. We ended up spending an additional $150 in City parking passes & my car was hit while parked on the street. Apparently there was a known problem with the door code system but nobody made us aware. 1/2 the group sat outside for nearly an hour while i tried to reach the company provided to figure out how to get in the unit. They never answered and never called back. I had to email the owner, ?maybe?, to get a response. Try getting into a unit a different way through an email conversation. Obnoxious! Pick up the phone and talk me thru it for cry'n out loud! Not worth the $ spend.

Thanks Timothy for taking the time to write a review and I’m sorry you had any issues during your stay. We take all feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve our guests experience. Your review while harsh, illuminates some things we could have done better and a few on your part as well. This unit has a total of 12 beds (2 kings, 4 queens, 6 twins) and 2 sleeper sofas making it ideal for larger groups such as yours. You may not have had a reason to use any of the twin beds, but those mattresses were all purchased in Feb of ’23. After your review, we decided to replace the remaining 6 mattresses and they are scheduled to be delivered in late January. Additionally, much of the remaining furniture is scheduled for replacement in that timeframe as well. New pictures should be posted in mid March. Cleaning is of utmost importance and while there should be no reason it isn’t done correctly the first time, cleaners are human and can miss things from time to time. All guests are provided the phone number of the cleaning company who is always willing to remedy any oversite on their part. They have no record of anyone calling to request a callout nor did we ever hear from you during your stay. This unit receives 4 parking passes and is clearly disclosed in the Vrbo listing prior to booking as well as in the information package that was sent to you a month before your check in. I’m sorry that you felt surprised by this but other guests who know they will have multiple cars typically ask about this important question prior to booking. I’m not aware of any vacation rental in Myrtle Beach that can provide 7 parking passes. Shortly before your visit our maintenance company inadvertently changed the door code for this unit instead of a different unit we own in the same building. Our procedure to safeguard against this type of inconvenience is to provide all guests with our local property manager’s phone number who could provide you with an alternate code to access a hard key contained in an outdoor lockbox. The local support team dropped the ball causing this delay and we have since addressed it with them. Please accept our sincere apology for your inconvenience.

Property was beautiful but beds need to be updated some of the twin bed would sink when you lay on them.Floors had sand on them they weren’t as clean,elevator smelled really bad also.
