Great location for exploring the city

We loved our stay! Close to the T and only one stop from many of the historic sites. Definitely would stay again!

Great location and stay

My husband and I went to Boston for a week for our Anniversary. Hotels were super pricey so we found this place for a very reasonable price. The location to the T and getting around was great! Would definitely stay here again if we make it back up there

Location, Location, Location

Few minute walk to the Subway. Few minutes more to Downtown or the Airport. Perfect location for a week to visit Boston.

The apartment is perfectly placed close to the T plenty of small shops and a couple of bars just a short walk to the wharf

Great location, clean, comfortable property

Perfect location for a Boston stay, Maverik T stop close by or short drive to downtown. Easy check in and access to property, we got in late at night and had no problems. Nice area, found a couple of great places close by to grab a bite to eat, was a great location for all our plans while in and around Boston.

Boston 2024

Great location and host. Once we figured out T line system, we moved around this wonderful city with ease. We are of a certain age, so the third floor was an occasional challenge. Altogether, a great stay.

Wonderful stay

This apartment was exactly as described. It was perfect for my husband and me. The train stop was so close and convenient. Really cute cafes and restaurants all around. Very walkable. Jef was responsive to messages and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great appartment

We enjoyed staying in this Appartment a lot. It has everything you need and the laundry machine and dryer are a nice add-on. Communication with Jef was quick and easy, including the check-in. Like others already said, the location is awesome, only two minutes away from Maverick station. We would stay here again when visiting Boston the next time

Central Perks

We chose wisely. Central location to jump on the train, the sea taxi, the ferry or a path and all that Boston had to offer. Equipped with everything you need for your stay. Easy to reach our host but didn’t need much because everything is as described.

Great Host - Excellent Location

Great experience with host - good communication and took the time to answer questions and provide great suggestions for the area. The apartment was clean and simple, no frills and nothing fancy but had what we needed. Washer/dryer was a nice convenience. Only downside was no closet space or anywhere to hang clothes or store luggage. Best feature is the location. A very short walk to subway and best way to access everything in Boston. Also convenient to get to Train to Salem as well.

Fantastic location and space

This is a great home base. The listing is very accurate - it is extremely close to the T stop which makes it easy to get around Boston and to/from the airport. Everything is very comfortable. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals if you wanted. The washer and dryer are quite new and large. The area is safe and we enjoyed walking along the water each evening to watch the sunset. The Wifi works quite well, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next Boston trip!

Be warned this is NOT a 5* rental

Owner let the reservation expire with VRBO - then made contact with me saying I could reserve the space and asked for immediate payment which I did. Later, when I tried to complain to VRBO about the space they had no record of me renting the space - this has caused much confusion and a total lack of responsiblity from VRBO. Read very carefully, this is the owner's primary home and only leaves while it's being rented.

Jef’s apartment is great. One block from Maverick Station, you’re connected to the rest of Boston and Cambridge in just minutes. The neighborhood is very Latino, with Mexican, Salvadoran, Colombian restaurants, and more. The apartment has everything you might need, whether for cooking, doing your laundry, or relaxing. Jef is very kind and responds quickly. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more light in the kitchen for cooking. But everything else is a 10.

The place was clean, charming, and maintained. The host (Jef )was very communicative through the app.I couldn't have been happier with the location. Seriously. Skip the rental car and buy a Charlie card to ride the "T", and use ride services for exceptions. If you're intimidated by the "demographics", don't. Some of the friendliest people in Boston live in the east side.

Great place for a weekend or an entire week. Almost any thing you need is within walking distance, including the subway. So much to do in Boston, so much food to eat. Great host!!
