Indian Shores is known for its laid-back atmosphere and uncrowded beaches. With limited public beach access nearby, this stretch of shoreline often feels quieter and less crowded than many neighboring beach communities, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of Florida's Gulf Coast.

The condo has been freshly furnished and thoughtfully equipped to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before the beach or a family dinner after a day in the sun. Guests may dine indoors or outside on the balcony overlooking the Gulf.

• Two Pack 'n Plays with mattresses and a high chair are available for families traveling with little ones.

Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a dedicated workspace, perfect for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

We provide a fully stocked beach closet to help you make the most of your vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, blankets, toys, and other beach essentials.

In addition to the high chair and Pack 'n Plays, you'll find family games, children's toys, coloring books, and Roku-equipped televisions, making it easy to entertain kids during downtime, rainy afternoons, or relaxing evenings at home.

Important Information

• Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests in accordance with condominium regulations.

• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

• Wristbands and parking passes are provided for your stay and must be returned at departure. Replacement fees of $20 per wristband and $100 per parking pass will apply for any items not returned.

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

• Early check-ins and late check-outs are available only with prior host approval. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures will be charged $100 per hour, or any portion thereof.

• Please follow all check-out instructions provided prior to departure. Failure to complete required check-out tasks may result in a $100 fee and additional cleaning charges of up to double the standard cleaning fee when extra cleaning or corrective action is necessary.

• The fishing pier is no longer available.

• Building amenities and common areas have been refreshed following the 2024 storms.

• Roof replacement work is currently scheduled for December 2026 through January 2027. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

• Exterior photos may not fully reflect the current appearance of all buildings and common areas as improvements continue throughout the property.
